00:33It is possible to be nice but ignorant of the truth.

00:37And then niceness will not help.

00:39You must learn to say no.

00:41And you must be brave enough to say yes.

00:44It's just that yes has to be said to the right thing.

00:47And no too has to be said to the thing that deserves a no.
