00:15Let's get started with this shocking news on Yemen and Donald Trump talking about the
00:21operation, the U.S. operation in the Red Sea. Here is what he said, Leighton.
00:26Some very good news last night. The Houthis have announced that they are not, or they've
00:33announced to us at least, that they don't want to fight anymore. They just don't want
00:37to fight. And we will honor that. And we will stop the bombings. And they have capitulated.
00:49But more importantly, we will take their word. They say they will not be blowing up ships
00:55anymore. And that's what the purpose of what we were doing. So that's just news. We just
01:00found out about that. So I think that's very, very positive. They were knocking out a lot
01:07of ships going, as you know, sailing beautifully down the various seas. It wasn't just the canal.
01:15It was a lot of other places. And I will accept their word. And we are going to stop the bombing
01:22of the Houthis. Effective immediately. And Marco, you'll let everybody know that.
01:28Yeah. By the way, CNN reported that Yemenis fired a ballistic missiles at the USS Harry Truman hours
01:40after Donald Trump announced the end of the U.S. bombing campaign in Yemen. Your take, Leighton?
01:46It's hilarious how he was trying to spin it as a capitulation by Yemen. Now we know the
01:54details is that the Americans are going to stop bombing Yemen. In return, Yemen will only
02:01stop bombing American Navy ships, basically. All the traffic going to the Zionist colony is
02:10still going to be blockaded and targeted by the Yemenis. And Yemen will continue to bomb
02:16the hell out of the Zionist colony. And now there will be no attacks by the United States
02:24in retaliation. It means that the United States actually abandoned the Zionist fight with Yemen
02:31and left them hanging dry. And we know that this didn't happen just out of the goodwill of the United
02:39States or a problem between the Zionist colony and the U.S. It happened because Yemen was able to hit
02:48American aircraft carriers and American jets. We just heard, of course, of the latest F-18 that supposedly,
02:57again, fell off the aircraft carrier. So Yemen has been able to inflict tremendous, and this is a word
03:08that Trump likes, tremendous damage on the American Navy. Over the last year, all of us watched these
03:17interviews with American naval generals, admirals, or whatever you want, other officers. And I've never
03:26seen fear on the face of American Navy before. Those images, they tell us a lot. They admitted that they
03:37have not been engaged in direct battle since World War II, these Navy officers. And they've, for decades,
03:47been able to bombard from the decks of these aircraft carriers, huge loss of the world, the fire missiles,
03:57and shell coastal cities at will, and with nobody ever fighting back at them. And now we see Yemen being
04:07able to defeat the American Navy. I think Trump had to capitulate to the pressures, not only of Yemen,
04:15but his own admirals in the Navy, who could see one of these nuclear-powered aircraft carriers sinking if this
04:26battle continues. And now we know that the Truman is already crossing this Waste Canal and rushing to some
04:33dry dock to fix whatever damage it has sustained because of these Yemeni attacks. I think Yemen has opened now
04:43a new chapter. This is the best news we've heard in 17 months of genocide, the first full defeat, I think, of the imperial
04:53armies during this genocide. And Yemen now can concentrate its firepower on the airfields of the Zionist colony. We need to, as
05:07as Yemen has demanded, to have a no-fly zone over historic Palestine. All the Israeli airstrips,
05:17whether they are military or quote-unquote civilian, must be destroyed, especially in retaliation for the destruction
05:27of the Sana'a airport by the Israelis. It's totally destroyed the, you know, arrival buildings and the departure buildings and
05:37so many planes destroyed on the tarmac, civilian planes. Israel has to pay for it and the Americans are not going to come
05:44and retaliate to Yemen now because they've learned their lesson.
05:49We know that Yemen was able, they have hit the Ben Gurion airport in Israel. Just to see the importance of this attack,
06:07this sort of target for Yemen is that this airport is heavily protected by air defense systems of Israel, together with the
06:17the United States by the United States by the United States by the way. The THAT system, if I'm not mistaken,
06:21three THAT systems are there to protect the Israeli airport. So do you think that was a message for Donald Trump as well?
06:35Because I don't know what's going on in his mind right now, what he's going to do. Are we going to see again he's trying to make a new ceasefire?
06:46Well, I'm not sure about a ceasefire in Gaza, but looking at, you know, the accomplishment of Yemen hitting Ben Gurion airport and it was
07:00specifically seems to be a warning. It hit a open field within the airport compound just beside the tarmac.
07:12And we saw the crater that is, you know, five, six meters deep. So it shows also that Yemen had put a much larger warhead on this hypersonic missile, which is again another warning.
07:30Prior to this, the ratio of the head size to the distance of where the missiles are coming from to the target meant that Yemen was putting smaller warheads.
07:46But now it seems like they have advanced technologically and can launch much larger warheads on these hypersonic missiles.
07:54And I think it was timed at the same time as Iran showed off this new missile, a hypersonic missile that has much more maneuverable fins and kind of gyro head in the back that allows it to dramatically change its trajectory mid-flight.
08:16I think that released by Iran is to tell the United States and Israel that actually this is the new Yemeni weapon.
08:26Yemen has developed it also with Iran, this new, much more maneuverable hypersonic missile that can carry a much heavier payload, which would lead to much huger destruction.
08:39And as we saw, this hypersonic missile had to go through multiple layers of air defenses inside the Red Sea.
08:49There was the whole aircraft carrier defense group with all their Asia systems and Patriot systems.
08:58There was a British aircraft carrier fighter group there with, again, air defense systems.
09:05There was all the Saudi air defense systems, the Jordanians, the Egyptian.
09:09And inside the Zionist colony, there was, as you said, three THAAD batteries, as well as Arrow 1, Arrow 2, Arrow 3, and David Slingshot and the Iron Dome.
09:23All of those combined failed to intercept this Yemeni hypersonic missile.
09:30And I think now that the Zionists made the stupid decision to destroy Sana'a airport.
09:39And given that now the United States is withdrawing from this fight, it means payback is coming and Ben-Gurion is going to be destroyed as the Sana'a airport was.
09:52And do you feel that Israel can sustain such attacks?
09:59Do you feel that would put pressure on Israel?
10:03And what about what's going on inside Israel?
10:06Because we know that Netanyahu's government is under tremendous pressure.
10:11So I was wondering if he would be able to continue this fight in Gaza because they have announced that they're going to expand their operations in Gaza.
10:26But if the United States is out of the Red Sea, Yemen is just has no barrier to attack Israel and they continue their operations against Israel.
10:40What would come to the Israeli society and the decision on their part?
10:45Yeah, I mean, if Ben-Gurion is destroyed, we can already kind of predict what's going to happen.
10:52We already saw the Jordanian vessel regime open the Amman airport to flights that were supposed to land in Ben-Gurion now are redirected to Amman airport.
11:05And the Jordanian vessel regime organizing these buses from the airport to the borders of occupied Palestine for these flights.
11:15We also saw how the Emiratis, given that a hundred different international airline companies stopped all their flights to Ben-Gurion, that the Emiratis as good house slaves have now organized daily multiple flights from Abu Dhabi and Dubai to Tel Aviv, Ben-Gurion airport.
11:36Taking the risk on their own national airline carriers and taking a risk of their own employees and so on just to deliver to master in Tel Aviv.
11:49You see, this is this is unbelievable vassal hood.
11:53You know, we've never seen such self humiliation before from vassals in any, you know, colonial battle before.
12:05And so this is going to increase.
12:09But as we saw in Jordan, over the last few months specifically, there's been an increase in radical actions by, you know, activists inside the Jordan against the Zionist colony.
12:26There was four or five activists that were charged with terrorism for trying to smuggle weapons into the West Bank.
12:38Which means now that if the Jordanian authorities are concentrating their efforts on stopping the smuggling into the West Bank, at any moment, these activists, these radical revolutionaries in Jordan could start targeting those buses that are going to come from Queen Alia airport in Amman to the border of Palestine.
12:59And now you have Zionists that are easy targets in Jordan.
13:04And so the future is much more radical and the security situation for the Zionists is much more unstable, especially if they actually deliver on this mass land invasion that they are announcing and reoccupation of Gaza and ethnically cleansing of the Rafah area completely.
13:29And this is not going to pass without a price to pay.
13:38The resistance inside Gaza is already preparing for this invasion.
13:43We saw today the Hamas announced that they exploded a whole minefield in an invading force.
13:51We don't have numbers on the dead and injured, but clearly exploding a whole land minefield under an advancing column.
14:01You know, you know, you're going to have many, many casualties.
14:05We already have announcements of helicopters landing in Gaza, taking the dead.
14:10And we're talking about multiple helicopters, not one or two.
14:14So it's not going to be an easy thing.
14:17The re-invasion of Gaza is going to come with a huge price.
14:22And inside the Zionist colony, as you mentioned, there's a lot of stresses.
14:28There's a hundred thousand soldiers that are refusing to show up that have disappeared, basically.
14:34A hundred thousand are not to be found anywhere.
14:39And so they probably escaped the whole country so they don't get thrown into the front lines in Gaza.
14:46And the rate of immigration and or the numbers of mercenaries, specifically Jewish Canadians, Jewish Americans, Jewish Brits that are have been going since the beginning of this genocide and participating in it.
15:06They have kind of depleted those numbers.
15:12There's no more.
15:13You know, you brought they brought in these tens of thousands of Jewish Western citizens.
15:18And they as we saw, many of them were killed on these front lines or injured.
15:24And there's no more drive.
15:27There's no more pull to pull out of.
15:29So the Zionist colony is in a military dead end right now.
15:36And this is why it's great that the United States withdrew from this fight because it will not be able to fight against Yemen specifically.
15:46And Yemen will increase its attacks now if the Zionists actually deliver on an invasion of Gaza.
15:52I think the plans and the objectives on the part of Netanyahu is just with this decision on the part of the United States has started to be destroyed.
16:04Because if the United States is coming out of the Red Sea and we know they don't want a direct war with Iran, they want to negotiate with Iran.
16:15And yesterday I talked with Colonel Wilkerson.
16:18He mentioned how difficult the operation in Gaza would be for Israelis.
16:24They're going to be, their forces are going to be devastated.
16:27They're going to be hugely challenged in the new terrain of Gaza.
16:33Because it's, they're going to lose a lot of forces in Gaza.
16:40Huge.
16:41And in your opinion right now, the case of Iran and Saudi Arabia and the way that the countries in the region try to talk to each other.
16:58At least I'm not talking about any sort of friendship.
17:00They're trying to understand each other.
17:02That would help Gaza or maybe you've mentioned other countries as well.
17:08But we know this, the main problem, the main country to somehow just coordinating, managing everything in the Persian Gulf region is Saudi Arabia.
17:21And they have the upper hand when it comes to these sort of help that are giving to Israel.
17:27Are they going to change their mind toward Israel?
17:32Well clearly the Saudi regime and the Emirati regime are right now really scared.
17:39Because they had, are now also left to hang dry by the United States against the Al-Zarullah and the Yemeni government.
17:50So now, Yemen has shown these vassals that bombarded Yemen for a long time and even attempted over the last few months.
18:00For instance, there was a few times that they attempted to invade or plotted to invade and now they're left alone.
18:08And Donald Trump, the emperor, is speaking directly to the Al-Zarullah as the legitimate sovereigns of Yemen through negotiating this ceasefire between the United States and Yemen.
18:26This is a huge worry for these vassals because if their master is not willing to defend the Zionist colony, which is supposed to be the Holy of Holies, you know, the new religion, the new God in the West, the Zionist colony.
18:47The United States is not willing to defend it against Yemen.
18:50So now the vassals in Saudi and Emirates are worried.
18:56Would the United States come to save them if actually Yemen or Iran, a bigger war is engulfed the region?
19:05Of course, they will not.
19:08Because if Trump is not willing to have American Navy members die for Israel against Yemen, he's not going to be willing for them to die for Saudi or Emirates.
19:25So this is a huge shift in the power balance in the region.
19:32I believe it's as big as the power shift that happened with the collapse of the Syrian government.
19:39That moment we saw how the whole axis of resistance shook when Damascus fell in the hands of the Wahhabi death squads and how it gave so much energy to the Zionists and all that hubris that we saw happening by the Wahhabi death squads, the Turks, the Americans and so on at the fall of the Damascus.
20:03Now, the fall of the American Navy in this battle against Yemen is creating as much of a tsunami on the other side as that moment of the fall of Damascus.
20:16We are now going to see, for the next two months at least, a huge change in the region and we will not be able to predict it.
20:27As we couldn't predict the moment of the fall of Damascus, what would it lead and that chaos.
20:34This is now going to create a lot of chaos in the, you know, partnerships that are there between the Wahhabi kingdoms in Arabia and the Zionist colony.
20:47Who knows what is Egypt now thinking? We saw Egypt, by the way, right now put its hands out to China and purchase all those fighter jets from the Chinese military.
20:59And that's another indication that all these shifts that we're seeing are unpredictable where it's going to end the whole region.
21:10We know that Israelis have attacked Damascus and here and the response coming out of Damascus and the government and the HTS, Al Jolani, it was so amazing.
21:26And how, in your opinion, what was the main goal of attacking Damascus?
21:33What if something, because when we think of what's going on in Syria, we see that Israel on one part, Turkey on the other part, the United States has some part of Syria, but it doesn't seem that much calmness coming out of Syria.
21:49It seems that something's boiling in Syria that we are not mentioning that.
21:56Yeah. I mean, the Israelis and Americans behind them want to break up Syria to make sure that forever it's not able to compete with the Zionist colony.
22:09Syria was the strongest Arab army still standing and now it's gone.
22:15And the whole role of the HTS government, which is going to be a temporary role, this is how the imperialists work, is to create enough schisms in the society that it changes the whole cultural norms in it.
22:35You know, Syria for a century, nobody even mentioned those words of Shia, Sunni, Alawi, Druze, Christian.
22:43There was co-existence and an intermarriage and these discussions never happened like they happened in Iraq and or Lebanon for the case before that.
22:55And now they're trying to create a cut in the historical record of Syria and the historical memory of Syria.
23:05The Syrian people themselves are supposed to forget what existed before this to feel that as if it's forever been like this sectarian situation.
23:15And this is why we're seeing the targeting of elders, leaders that have lived the co-existence period in order to have now a new generation that doesn't remember anything and has no connection prior to that.
23:31So what we saw is that also there was over the last week an attack on the Druze communities after we saw those genocide and ethnic cleansing that happened on the coastline of Syria directed towards the Alawi, Christian and Shia.
23:47We saw the beginnings of a genocide of the Druze, the Israelis have been for months attempting to raise a new leadership within the Druze community, specifically in Sueda province that is collaborationist.
24:05And the leadership of the Druze community, whether it's the religious leaders and or their political leaders have all refused this mandate by Israel to come and protect them.
24:19And this is because of how patriotic the Druze community is.
24:29The Druze community in Syria sees itself as one of the wellsprings of revolution and anti-colonization and liberation in Syria and the whole region during World War I and World War II and the fight against the Ottomans, the French occupation that followed the Druze community of Sueda and Syria specifically in general are crucial to that history.
24:57So how do you make the Druze throw out this history, right?
25:04So the first thing that the Israelis did is they got HTS to attack the Druze neighborhood of Jaramana, south of Damascus, beside the airport of Damascus.
25:15And this neighborhood is populated, not by Druze, but Druze that are refugees from the Golan Heights from 1967.
25:26And the Druze of the Golan Heights are even more patriotic than any other Druze in the region or I would say even any other Arab.
25:34Let me say this. During the Aqsa flood war, the Druze communities in the Golan Heights and in Jaramana were collecting information for the access of resistance to hit targets inside the occupied Golan Heights.
25:49They were creating skirmishes and putting blockades on the Israeli movement in the Golan Heights.
25:56So the Israelis wanted the Syrian Druze of Jaramana because of their connection to the Golan Heights to pay a price.
26:08And the HTS arrived at Jaramana and attempted to ethnically cleanse the neighborhood.
26:15There was a fight back and a convoys of support from Sueda province arrived from the Druze community to defend them.
26:24And the HTS and the Israeli Air Force were kind of creating a blockade between Sueda and Jaramana, not to allow the defense of the Druze community.
26:39And that even led to the Druze inside Lebanon coming out in the streets and cutting the main highways, setting fires on fire in the mountains.
26:54And the country was, you know, in a standstill here in Lebanon.
26:59And the head of the Socialist Party, Jumbalat, who's, you know, the most famous Druze politician in the region, went down to Syria to negotiate with the HTS.
27:13And he came back saying there's no way the HTS is going to continue what they're doing and there was no agreement.
27:19So the Israelis and HTS is delivering on what the Israelis want is to push the Druze community to a point where they call for secession from the rest of Syria to create this enclave of Druze and or to call for international protection from the Zionists or the Americans.
27:44Therefore, forcing the Druze to give up their patriotism and their demands for a unified Syria that is secular and representative of all the various sects.
28:02You're muted.
28:03What are the lessons to be learned for the to be learned by the government in Lebanon from what's going on in the Red Sea and what has happened in the Red Sea?
28:16You see, all of these events, including what just happened in Syria for the Druze community and before them, the Shia and the Alawis and Christians are affecting everything in Lebanon.
28:31There was yesterday and the day before the beginnings of the municipal elections in Lebanon.
28:38And it's going to continue for the next two weeks, various regions of the country.
28:44And, you know, the Americans took control of the president's office, the prime minister, they appointed who they wanted.
28:51And these municipal elections were supposed to be kind of a referendum to see after the assassination of Hezbollah's leadership, destruction of the country and the takeover of government and the fall of Syria.
29:04What is really the influence of the various political parties in the country?
29:12And so, you know, when you go on to YouTube here in Lebanon, you get all these ads that the Zionists and the Americans are putting anytime you're watching something here that disarm Hezbollah.
29:23The country needs to rise and can't rise with the arms of Hezbollah, stuff like this.
29:28Okay, all of this to prepare for the municipal election.
29:32And lo and behold, the Hezbollah in all the...
29:38There's two parts that had elections, which is the Greater Beirut area and the Mount Lebanon area.
29:45So in the Greater Beirut area, all the Shia neighborhoods, Hezbollah retained full control.
29:53It was one seat.
29:55And in the Christian areas in the mountain and the Druze areas in the mountain, there was zero shift in power.
30:06In fact, you know, all of those, quote unquote, independence that the US, you know, made up over the last few years.
30:16These new parties were unable to capture anything.
30:20There was even attempts to create a Shia opposition to Hezbollah, which this representative got, you know, out of, you know, a few hundred votes in comparison to the tens of thousands of votes for the Hezbollah platform.
30:37So clearly, the, you know, American controlled government here, they wanted to stretch these elections.
30:46They could have done it all in one day, but they want to stretch it to have some propaganda wins from it.
30:54If the Christian Kataib or Qawad, the two, you know, fascist Christian pro-Zionist parties would have had a lot of wins.
31:06And or if this opposition to Hezbollah in Shia areas has some wins in Beirut, they could have played that over the next two weeks in the media to demoralize Hezbollah.
31:18But now with the actual humiliation of all these plots, Hezbollah and the pro-resistance camp is going to have now better showing in the other writings that are going to be electable in the next two weeks.
31:35And so, yes, there's a lot to learn from what's happening in Syria.
31:39The attacks on the Druze in Syria actually strengthened Jumbalat and the Socialists here because now the Druze are worried.
31:48The Christians saw what happened to the Christians in Syria.
31:52Also, they're not going to be playing, you know, voting for the imperialist tickets.
32:00So, Leith, just to wrap up this session, we know that all of these important events that we are talking about are related to what's going on in Gaza.
32:12And the main goal is to bring peace in Gaza.
32:17What's the situation right now in Gaza and what is, I would assume, that the immediate goal for any sort of operation, any sort of talk with Israelis with the United States would be to end this starvation campaign that is going on in Gaza?
32:36Yeah, I mean, I think the number of children that have died from malnutrition, starvation, famine is close to 100 now.
32:49And the targeting of journalists continues.
32:52Also, we saw today morning and last night, three times a school was attacked, a shelter school.
33:01And a few days ago, of course, we saw how the Israeli Special Forces flew to Malta and set up two drones and fired them on the Dignity Gaza Flotilla ship that was bringing aid to Gaza just in international waters.
33:21So, we can clearly see that Israelis want to continue the starvation above and beyond them attacking in this land invasion that they are talking about and occupation.
33:35And I think the attack on the Dignity ship has now exposed all the West, okay, beyond that what it means that Israeli Special Forces violate Maltese airspace and land to commit a war crime off territory of Malta.
34:02You know, the response of the Maltese authorities refusing for hours to help put out the fire on the boat and or refusing to let the media see what happened and or deporting the activists that were on the boat without allowing them to speak to anybody.
34:21All of these implicate the Maltese government and behind it, the EU in this war crime.
34:28And I think, you know, from this, you know, from your platform, I will say, make Malta Tunis again.
34:35You know, Malta should be liberated.
34:37By the way, there's no Maltese language.
34:39Maltese language is Tunisian Arabic written in Latin letter.
34:44And the Maltese were converted by the Crusaders, by the sword on their neck from Islam to Christianity.
34:53And I think Malta should return to be part of Tunis.
34:56But this attack opens the door for a lot of other things.
35:03If it's okay for Israel to attack civilian ships in the Mediterranean so far off, well, then some Tunisian, Libyan, Algerian resistance group could fire drones from the coast of Libya or Tunis or Algeria on boats carrying weapons to the Zionists.
35:26It's a colony.
35:28Yemen doesn't have to do it all the way from Yemen.
35:31Okay.
35:32At any moment, anybody can pick up a drone and fire it on some ship going to Israel in Italian waters, in Maltese waters, in French waters, in Spanish waters.
35:45Why not?
35:46This is what the Israelis opened as a normal.
35:49And this is what the EU and Malta and the U.S., all of them accepted as normal.
35:56So, you see, every time the Israelis commit a new heinous war crime, and the Western bloc covers up for this war crime, and the international law and international courts are unable to punish this war crime, and the international agencies like the UN are unable to stop it, it normalizes it for everybody.
36:23And I think we, as people in the South and the East of the world should take advantage of that.
36:28If the West is okay with killing journalists in the hundreds in Gaza, well, American and Western journalists should be also a legitimate target.
36:38This is the norm.
36:39This is the norm.
36:40And we have an opportunity, as people that are requesting liberation, finally, because of international law non-existing, to actually fight the fight and bring pain to our enemies as they bring us the pain.
36:57Yeah.
