03:21all the juices of the meat here's another thing that makes a super perfect bite you see how this

03:27bread has been soaking with all the juices yeah with the fat should also give a really really nice

03:34the reason why I use the bread actually because it's too hot to have it and fat fat has to be eaten hot

03:40and this is like some spicy rice spiced rice oh I could smell the clove in there you want some

03:47thanks and I have lamb chops and we have some hummus hummus yum with some olive oil that hummus is

03:56creamy oh so good I might need to put mine on an acro plate beauty bite

08:03so there's kafta and there's kebabs

08:04the kebabs are just the straight mince meat

08:06I think just with salt with no added other ingredients

08:10those are kebabs

08:11at least in Lebanon

08:12kafta which is more of the sausage

08:14is added parsley and that's the main difference

08:16but I think there's also parsley there's onions there's other spices

08:19uh and it's more like yeah yeah it's more like a sausage

08:21and there's so much parsley in those kafta that they're actually green green kebabs

08:26right off the grill

08:29onto our plate

08:31he just takes the skewers out

08:32grabs a piece of bread just to instead of using his hand so that he can pull it off of the skewer

08:38the onions the tomatoes chopped right in front of us
