The company beat earnings expectations with 44 cents per share but missed revenue estimates, reporting $3.03 billion versus the expected $3.09 billion. Doordash announced it will acquire SevenRooms in an all-cash deal expected to close in the second half of 2025. The company also agreed to acquire Deliveroo for $3.9 billion, stating both deals will strengthen its local commerce services and financial growth. The company projected second-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $600 million to $650 million, roughly in line with the $639 million expected by analysts.Shares fell 5% following the news.
