00:00Welcome back, everybody. Today we'll be getting a GOAT-centric episode, so I'm excited for that.
00:05And I'm going to get right into it, so let's go.
00:09We begin with GOAT helping out Coop, testing Megas' capabilities.
00:15But of course, Coop pushes it too far, and it ends up breaking something in Megas.
00:30Kiva tells them that if they don't replace the photonic stabilizer, Megas will explode, but she doesn't know where to get another one.
00:40Jamie then suggests that they go to a junkyard planet, him and Coop found a while back.
00:45She thinks it might work, and of course GOAT hearing about a planet of junk is interested as well, so he tags along.
00:53They get to the junk planet and immediately get attacked by a giant worm.
00:57But its owner, Varsin, calls it off, and tells them he will help them look around for what they need.
01:04Jamie and GOAT end up going off on their own, but end up getting chased by Junker robots.
01:10And Varsin ends up attacking Megas, wanting its time drive.
01:14So he can go back in time and plunder the universe, so he will have two of everything.
01:19I don't think that's how time travel works, but I guess he will cross that bridge when he comes to it.
01:26Kiva explains that the time drive is broken because Coop broke it, but he says that it won't be a problem because he can fix anything.
01:35Jamie and GOAT meet back up with them, but GOAT runs somewhere else to see if he can help in some other way.
01:42While Varsin tells the Junker robots to attack Coop, with Coop deciding it's better to blow up from overheating than let them paste him.
01:52But Varsin ends up coming back in an even bigger mech than Megas, and is able to capture them.
01:58Right before he is about to cut Megas open, GOAT appears with his own mech he created, but it promptly falls apart.
02:07But it was enough of a distraction that Coop was able to escape.
02:11With Megas about to explode, Coop has an idea, and actually ends up fixing the stabilizer.
02:18But while fighting Varsin, they broke his stabilizer, so they quickly get out of there while the entire Junk planet explodes.
02:27Coop reveals the way he fixed Megas was by simply using a lot of duct tape.
02:31And Kiva ends up taping up GOAT since he has been hitting on her the entire episode, with all of them having a good laugh as they get back to Earth.
02:41And in the ending credits, we get to see a cameo of the crab aliens we saw a while back in another episode.
02:47Varsin is voiced by Rob Paulson, who also voices Carl from Jimmy Neutron, Yakko from Animaniacs, and Donatello from the 2012 Ninja Turtles.
02:58Varsin was an alright villain, nothing too special about him, but I did like that his character theme is a banjo.
03:06GOAT was the star of this episode, with us getting some more screen time with him.
03:11And we find out that he wants a mech too, since he has been helping Coop out with Megas.
03:16And he would use it to be a hero.
03:18Not the best hero in the world, but a hero nonetheless.
03:22And I think that he did something pretty impressive in cobbling together a robot to fight Varsin.
03:29It did break immediately, but it was a good enough distraction.
03:33And at the end of the episode, we saw he got his comeuppets from him constantly trying to, uh, riz up Kiva.
03:40Everyone else was just being themselves for the most part this episode, so not much to say there.
03:46Overall, it was a good episode, and I enjoyed seeing GOAT in the spotlight.
