As the sunsets on Wrecclesham and the darkness takes over one man heads out to collect the creatures of the night. Everyone has heard of “Batman” but in Farnham we have our very own “Mothman” Dr Martin Angel, 88, Martin spends his summer nights outside with a bright UV light and trap to find and survey the moths of Farnham. On Wednesday, April 30, Martin was out at St Peter’s Churchyard in Wrecclesham to catch and survey moths once again. His findings were then shown to Wrecclesham cubs the following day to learn about and then release back into the wild.
