Bathinda (Punjab), May 05, 2025 (ANI): An encounter broke out between accused and Bathinda Police personnels in Punjab’s Bathinda on May 05. One of the police personnel was injured in the encounter Bathinda SSP revealed. Speaking to ANI, SSP Bathinda, Amanit Kondal informed, "Yesterday, one of our ASI was shot by these accused who were booked in a case...We later identified them...An encounter broke out between our personnel and the criminals...The accused has sustained injury in his leg...Further investigation is underway..."
