00:00I'm Councillor Patrick Harley, Leader of Dudley Council, and I'm here on the council steps with Bill Etheridge, former MEP for the West Midlands.

00:08And we're here today because we want to start a zero tolerance on anti-social behaviour in Dudley Borough.

00:16It's something that antagonises our residents, not just ASP with our tenants, but anti-social behaviour,

00:21abusive staff, abusive residents, people who float the laws, dodgy traders, the whole lot.

00:30We want to have a zero tolerance and with Bill's help, we'll help establish that as we move forward in the new municipal year.
