00:13Kasama niya rin sa running era niya ang fellow Kapuso stars na si na Barbie Forteza at Christopher Martin.

00:19Paano nga ba nagsimula ang fitness journey ni Alden Richards?

00:22Ano pa kaya ang goal niya maliban sa maging healthy at disiplinado?

00:37Actually, si Christopher prior to us running together or together with Barbie, he already has a separate career in terms of fitness.

00:49Triathlete kasi ang kaibigan ko niya niya.

00:52So he does running.

00:53Swin bike run siya technically.

00:55and ako naman, I started running I think last year

00:58bago ako na-busy with the projects that I've done in the past

01:02and medyo natagalan lang ako bago makabalik

01:05kasi nga I was really busy

01:06but ngayon, parang it's really about time management

01:11like right now, I can't go through a week

01:13without any physical activity

01:15like running or biking, cycling sorry

01:19or doing CrossFit

01:21Para kay Alden Richards, hindi lamang pagiging fit

01:24ang pinaka-benefit ng pagiging active

01:27hindi ito isang paraan na rin ng pag-aalaga sa kanya mental health

01:30The physical benefits of it and me looking good

01:36it's really more about taking care of my mental health

01:40that's the main concern and the main thing why

01:43I'm really into fitness right now

01:47and I'm an advocate for fitness

01:48kasi ang sarap niyang gawing platform to inspire people as well

01:53it's really more of, with the platform that I have right now

01:57being a celebrity

01:57parang it's also a way for me to raise awareness

02:01to take care of your health, of course, definitely

02:06hindi lang physical, hindi lang emotional

02:08most especially the mental health

02:10I mean, minsan, ganun na yung ibig sabihin sa akin

02:14ang fitness nga yun, moreover, the benefits of it

02:17Sabi ni Alden Richards, ginagamit niya rin ang mga fun run

02:21bilang pagsuporta sa iba't-ibang advokasya

02:23Tinatranscent ko na rin siya to participating in different kinds of runs

02:29let's say for awareness of kids with cancer

02:33and na-approach si Barbie

02:35tumatakbo na rin siya sa mga fun runs na may kinalaman sa women's health

02:39women's day run

02:43and I think that's the higher purpose of it

02:46when you do things

02:47minsan, hindi mo lang na lang siya gagawin for your own benefit

02:50when ako right now

02:52when I do

02:53when I commit to different things in life

02:56na-anak ko, ano ba yung purpose nito

02:58and what good can it do to everybody who's involved

03:02Kaya naman para kay Alden

03:04nag-transform na siya ngayon sa mas isang disiplinado na tao

03:07oh god, in the past 3 months, 4 am pa na mga sing na ako

03:11I sleep early

03:13and sometimes even I sleep a little late

03:15I still wake up early

03:16kasi hinahanap na ng batawan ko

03:18anong gagawin mo ba ba?

03:20magpa-fight ka ba?

03:21pang-akbo ka ba?

03:22mag-gyin ka ba?

03:24so

03:25ang dami ko rin plano kasi

03:27ang dami ko ang gustong subukan

03:28I want to try tennis, I want to try golf

03:31so I think this is my fitness era, I should say

03:33what, 33?

03:35di pauli ang lahat

03:36it's never too late to be fit

03:37sa fitness era ni Alden

03:39paniguradong marami pa siyang masusubukang sports

03:42para mapanatiling healthy ang kanyang katawan at mentalidad
