00:30I don't know.
01:00I don't know.
01:30I don't know.
02:00I don't know.
02:30I don't know.
02:59I don't know.
03:29Ben, is everything all right?
03:35Yeah, I'm fine.
03:36I just...
03:36I don't feel well.
03:38Well, what's wrong?
03:39Are you sick?
03:40It sounded like you were throwing up.
03:42Yeah, but I'm fine.
03:43I just...
03:43Bit of nausea.
03:44I'll be down in a minute.
03:45Okay.
03:46I'll put your dinner in the fridge and you can heat it up if you start feeling better.
03:54All right.
03:55Thanks, love.
03:56He was a member of a column known as the fate of death to worship an interventional being
04:07and perform sacrifices in an effort to transcend the plane of our current remedy.
04:12So far fetched.
04:13This is a police stop until specific fellow's letter led to the burial place of a missing woman,
04:21Donna Wilkes.
04:23Wilkes, a student at Medford University, managed from a motel just outside of Leadford, Colorado,
04:29in 1997...
04:30Hello? Hello?
04:35Is this the Medford Police Department?
04:40I want to report an accident.
04:42Alright, well, what sort of an accident?
04:45There was a woman on a bicycle, and it was dark, I couldn't see her.
04:49It was just so dark, I just couldn't see anything.
04:52The lightsaber was scared, because she swerved in front of the car, and...
04:58And I hit her, I hit her, and she was just lying there, and she wasn't moving.
05:03Okay, I understand, sir, I'm gonna have to ask you to calm down, though, okay?
05:07Now, how is she? Is she breathing?
05:11I don't know, I left.
05:14I just panicked, and I drove away, and I drove away, and I don't know why.
05:24Hello?
05:26Did anyone else see the accident?
05:30No, no, not that I can remember.
05:32It was just so dark, there wouldn't have been anyone there, anyway.
05:36Then why say anything at all?
05:40What?
05:41Well, you said it yourself.
05:44It was dark, and she swerved in front of you.
05:48Doesn't seem to me like there's anything you could have done.
05:51No, no, you're not listening to me.
05:53I hit her, and I left.
05:54I should have stayed.
05:55I could have helped her.
05:56But you didn't.
05:58She shouldn't have been there.
06:02What was she thinking driving so close to dark?
06:06I'd be asking myself the same thing.
06:09I should have helped her.
06:13I should have helped her.
06:14Well, it's a bit late for that, isn't it?
06:19If I were you, I don't think I'd mention anything at all.
06:25Who is this?
06:37We're here in the quiet community of Medford, as local authorities are investigating a horrible
06:42hidden run that occurred earlier this evening.
06:45The accident happened on Robertson Road, several miles outside of the Ellison Creek area,
06:51where a woman was left to die in the street.
06:54Please be warned that the images you are about to see may shock and disturb you.
07:00Local police estimate that the accident happened sometime between 7.30 and 7.45 p.m.
07:07However, it wasn't until approximately 8 p.m. that another motorist happened upon the accident
07:12and contacted emergency services.
07:15Unfortunately, the cyclist succumbed to her injuries shortly after paramedics arrived at the scene.
07:22The victim's name has not yet been released, as the woman's family has yet to be notified.
07:31But it would have been pretty dark at the time.
07:35I hesitate to think anyone would have even been able to see what happened to that poor woman.
07:46And one has to wonder what she was doing out so close to dark.
07:52I suppose it'd be hard to blame anyone for what happened.
07:58Harder still to expect someone to come forward and admit to it after the fact.
08:05I mean...
08:07Where's the sense in that?
08:12Police are asking anyone with any information on this accident to please come forward
08:18in an effort to help identify the driver of the vehicle that struck the cyclist.
08:28I don't know.
08:29I don't know.
08:30I don't know.
08:31I don't know.
08:32I don't know.
08:33I don't know.
08:55Good evening, sir.
08:56Can I help you?
08:59Are you Benjamin Woodard?
09:02Uh...
09:03Yes.
09:05Something the matter?
09:07Sorry to bother you so late.
09:10But, uh...
09:12There was an accident down the road a few miles from you.
09:16A young woman on a bicycle was hit by a passing vehicle.
09:21And she died at the scene.
09:24Um...
09:25I'm sorry to hear that.
09:27There's no easy way to say this, Mr. Woodard.
09:30Uh-huh.
09:31But that young woman...
09:35Was her wife.
09:41I am so sorry.
09:42By the time the paramedics arrived, there was nothing that they could do.
09:46They tried everything to help her.
09:49But...
09:51She has to get soon.
09:53No one saw the driver.
09:56Not that they know her.
09:57But I am telling you right now, Mr. Woodard, that we will do everything that we can.
10:03And find her.
10:08If she wants to stay with you...
10:10She needs anything.
10:13I'll see you later.
10:14Sir.
10:16Sir.
10:19I was saying...
10:21We could stay with you.
10:23Someone, if you need him.
10:24Uh, no.
10:26No.
10:27That's fine, thank you.
10:31I am so sorry for your loss.
10:38The medical examiner may call you in the morning.
10:42For you to come down and see her.
10:44If you'd like.
10:58Thank you so much.
10:59Thank you so much.
11:28Who was that?
11:44Nobody.
11:47Just the neighbors.
11:49What did they want?
11:53You know, I...
11:55can't remember.
11:58Well, maybe it'll come back to you.
12:28How was your ride?
12:37It was fine.
12:47Just fine.
12:49That's good.
12:54Are you feeling all right?
13:06You don't look so well.
13:12I'm fine.
13:18Just fine.
13:24I'm fine.
13:34I'm fine.
