00:00In 1997, the Triple Threat comprised of the franchise Shane Douglas,
00:07Chris Candido, and Bam Bam Bigelow, enter ravishing Rick Roode.
00:13Hired by the franchise to find all new challengers for

00:20But Roode double-crossed Shane Douglas.
00:23And on October 16th, in Queens, New York City,
00:27Roode produced Bam Bam Bigelow,
00:30who defeated the franchise for the ECW World Heavyweight title.
00:40At the 1997 November to remember,
00:44Douglas suffered a broken right elbow at the hands of the Beast from the East,
00:50but came back with an awesome belly to belly in front of the largest crowd in ECW history.
00:57To once again become the heavyweight champion of the world.
01:03And as Francine, the head cheerleader, Chris Candido, and Triple Threat prospect,
01:10not yet full-fledged member Lance Storm, rushed to the ring to congratulate Shane Douglas.
01:18He knew that he would soon face several hours of extensive surgery to repair his elbow,
01:27and maybe save his career.
