00:08We are excited to share about one new important discovery from our lab.
00:15This is about use of Maxine in the multifunctional applications.
00:22This is achieved with the help of doping and making erosal structures for industrial wastewater treatment and the oil water separation as well as sensing the basically strain sensing applications.
00:41So our group has been working on ultra thin two dimensional materials since its discovery in 2010.
00:49And we are working on various 2D materials for sensing and optoelectronic applications.
00:56And this particular material, Doft Maxine, this is a relatively new discovery with highly conducting properties and tunable functionalities.
01:07So this material has been first time used for three important applications which are good for the environmental cleaning and oil water separation.
01:22So this has been done with very high efficiency which is particularly achieved through the doping of the machine with phosphorus and making erosal structures.
01:35Erosal structures are basically ultra lightweight porous material which are good for energy storage applications and biomedical applications.
01:45But its application in these fields we have explored and this has resulted into very good reported journal publications.
01:53this since the only have been done with this.
01:54So this is an easy way to walk onariosal purposes.
