CCTV shows moment man abducted in Muswellbrook

A 25-year-old man was allegedly kidnapped on a rural New South Wales highway, with new CCTV showing suspects and vehicles linked to the incident.

00:00Shocking CCTV footage has been released following the alleged kidnapping of a man in the New

00:05South Wales town of Muzzlebrook.

00:08Police said around 4am on Friday, the 21st of March, a 25-year-old man was forced off

00:14the New England highway by five men travelling in a silver Subaru Impreza.

00:19He was allegedly assaulted, dragged from his vehicle and taken to nearby Tyndale Street,

00:25where the Subaru remained for some time before heading towards Denman or surrounding rural

00:29areas.

00:30Soon after, another man, aged 35, was targeted outside the same address.

00:36His car was hit by a Holden Commodore Ute, and he was allegedly threatened before managing

00:41to flee unharmed.

00:43The 25-year-old was later found at Muzzlebrook Railway Station with facial injuries.

00:48He was treated by paramedics and taken to John Hunter Hospital.

00:52Strikeforce Sanderston has now been established, and police are appealing for help to identify

00:56three men captured in CCTV, along with the vehicles involved.
