00:09It's another lovely sunny start to the day here in Doncaster, with great weather forecast for the rest of the week.

00:15In the news headlines today, it's the last few days of campaigning in Doncaster's mayoral election.

00:20Twelve candidates will go head-to-head in Thursday's poll, and we've got all the latest from the campaign trail ahead of them.

00:26Also in the news, celebrations are continuing for Doncaster Rovers, following their promotion from League Two.

00:33Rovers clinched promotion at the weekend with a 2-1 victory over Bradford,

00:37and we'll be going for the title this weekend with a game at Notts County, with local pubs expected to be showing the game.

00:43We've got all the latest on that, and plans for celebrations as well.

00:47And also in the news, there are plans to unveil a new rail link between Doncaster and Brighton and Gatwick Airport.

00:56The new service, which would be provided by Grand Central, would operate six services a day,
