Black Eagle (1988) is an American action film directed by Eric Karson. Set during the Cold War, the story follows secret agent Ken Tani, code-named Black Eagle (played by Shô Kosugi), who is sent to Malta to recover a top-secret laser guidance system from a sunken fighter jet. He faces off against Soviet forces, led by the ruthless KGB agent Andrei (Jean-Claude Van Damme). As tensions escalate, Black Eagle must use his martial arts skills and tactical expertise to protect the technology and his family.
