00:00we are running through some two-star pitchers for fantasy baseball let's get started with

00:06tanner byby for the cleveland guardians pitcher that i have invested in long term this season

00:11in terms of his over under strike outside the over on that he has a two-star week coming up

00:16monday saturday for week six versus minnesota at the toronto blue jays george what are your thoughts

00:22no problem with taking them toronto blue jays i know they beat the yankees last night but they

00:27can't hit their way out of a paper bag right i think they were nine for 90 in the series against

00:31houston didn't really improve all that much last night except because david williams you know so

00:35listen most two-star pitchers especially you know good guys or good or above we're starting here

00:41minnesota's not a big hitting team either all right uh so yeah you're starting by me here uh no issue

00:47with this whatsoever uh let's actually jump ahead a few sam let's go to luis ortiz also on cleveland

00:54because he has the same match but i assume we're going to be in the same boat i know we got roughed

00:57roughed up a little bit the other day versus the yankees a ton of walks from him but it's versus

01:01minnesota and it's at toronto it's the same thing are we rolling with him again yeah i i don't feel as

01:07strongly about him as i do tanner all right so uh not as strong about him but once again two starts

01:13you know and if they were against better hitting teams i would probably have a little okay a little

01:18more hesitation but it is against minnesota toronto i think toronto will hit eventually and

01:22it is in toronto it was a band box i get that but they're not hitting louisa teams are going to

01:28at least strike guys out for you i think as as far as the two starts you're getting your counting

01:32numbers i think your ratios are going to be you'll hold serve that sort of thing it's not really going

01:37to help you maybe not hurt you either here so yes i'm starting him but i don't feel as great about

01:41him as i do about tanner bibby right next up uh reese olsen for the detroit tigers he's coming off a

01:47good start the other day uh versus the padres i believe it was 7.1 with seven strikeouts if i

01:52remember correctly or seven innings whatever might be to start this week at houston at the angels i

01:58view this as an okay matchup and then a pretty darn good matchup against the angels who have fallen

02:02back to earth they strike out far too much especially versus righties i think this is a great week for him

02:07boy i i wish it was in detroit right uh great pitches ballpark there i'm not a big olsen guy

02:14here and wins can be tough to come by because they don't hit either all right they don't have much of

02:18an offense there so uh it's somewhat concerning got to a hot start this season which we like to see

02:22uh once again uh it depends who i'm benching you know who's not starting i mean i maybe have a strong

02:30pitching staff and i don't want to bench uh whatever uh tether glass now you know someone like that i don't

02:35want to bench somebody uh maybe not a great start but a good starting pitcher for a two starter who

02:40i don't i like the matchups yes but i don't like where he's pitching you know so i'll be a little

02:45bit more cautious here but odds are yeah i'm starting him as well right i have him on my keeper team uh

02:53completely opposed to wins we use qs i think wins are absolutely terrible that is completely different

02:59discussion but i will be of course rolling out results reese olsen next up another player that i also

03:04happen to have on that same team would be brady singer right-handed pitcher for the cincinnati

03:09reds he's got to start next tuesday versus st louis next sunday versus washington this is i would say

03:15again it's pretty good uh st louis a team i have no interest in in backing i'm not really afraid of

03:21their offense washington they're certainly hot at times they power at the top of their lineup i think

03:25it's a good week for singer as well uh yeah i'm still on the qs thing quality starts this just

03:32boggles my mind uh six innings that's 4.5 era it's not a quality start i i hate it just

03:39just but wins are bad uh yeah so wins are terrible too but uh i hate the uh what we consider a quality

03:45start all right seven innings three uh runs is 3.86 that's fine good 4.5 era you're not a major

03:52pitcher whatever that's a little uh you know rant i like to go on from every now and then

03:56uh brady singer uh you're facing st louis team that can hit a little bit washington sucks they

04:00can't hit at all just kidding sam all right so uh yeah sam are you man behind the guys a big

04:07washington nationals fan if you didn't know in this show uh listen i love james wood okay so relax

04:12uh my only issue is once again you're playing in that pitching in that band box of cincinnati the

04:16great american small park there right uh weather's heating up a little bit you know bulls

04:20could travel a little further that's my only issue with uh with singer i think he's a solid

04:23major league buff pitcher not special but a solid major league pitcher you're facing two

04:28so-so teams not taking that back sam it's bet that's the best i'm going to give you for

04:32washington they're a so-so team so uh yeah you're still i think i would say this tom if you're not

04:38starting him this week when are you starting him i mean it's the bottom line here so he has to go

04:42right i like i said i have on on the same team that i have resources and i will be starting him

04:48i basically make a point to start every pitcher it's a daily league as well so i'm not worried

04:52about you know weekly stuff but i will be starting him in all the starts
