00:08Mr. Khurshid, how would you like to see this summit which has been attended by delegates from across the world?

00:15Well, I think this is a wonderful opportunity.

00:18The summit has a segment for investment which is the initiative of the Telingana government.

00:26In fact, this entire thing is possible because the Telingana government's rising campaign reaches out to different parts of the globe.

00:37And the thought processes by which we want to link ourselves, the Telingana government, the people of India,

00:45with the progressive movements across the globe, across the world, is an occasion that's been provided by this remarkable platform.

00:55And we hope to achieve something out of this.

00:57Mr. Khurshid, we have been seeing what is happening across the border.

01:01In Pakistan, in India, rhetorics are very high. After this Pahlgaon attack, how would you like to figure out things?

01:08We have already taken a very strong position in the Congress Working Committee resolution.

01:14Our top leadership attended the all-party meeting and we have given the support that government needs in this hour of crisis.

01:23And we will continue to do so. We have said so very clearly.

01:26Today, giving importance to reaching out to the people who have suffered and who are in pain and in agony,

01:35Mr. Rahul Gandhi chose not to be here but to be actually in Pahlgaon.

01:40He's gone there and I hope that the message that goes out from there will fortify and consolidate national unity.

01:47So, do you feel that this events, keeping this treaty in events would actually mean something between the two countries?

01:55Well, this is the beginning. When you're hurt, when you're aggrieved, when you're hurt, you have to do something.

02:01So, it's the first step that's taken but this can't be the last step. Something more is necessary but we will see as the time goes by.
