00:00I am running the London Marathon. Five years ago I attempted to take my own life and ever since then I've been rebuilding.

00:10Running has been one thing that has really helped me. I'm not a fast runner and it's taken a lot of time and patience.

00:18But this year I'm really lucky to say that I completed my first half marathon.

00:24Samaritan's Charity is an incredible charity that is available to anyone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

00:31And I know this is going to be a journey.

00:34And it's going to be a journey of highs and lows.
