00:00How have you seen Braylon Shelby and Brad Buck, especially this spring as he prepares for this upcoming season?

00:05He's gotten a lot better. Braylon's a really talented player.

00:09He's always put a lot into his craft.

00:11I think he's starting to become, starting to look and play like a more natural player,

00:16playing more confident, playing with better technique, learning when to use certain techniques in certain situations.

00:22He kind of came here as a big, athletic, good-looking guy that looked apart and he had all the traits

00:29and now he's just, it's like that path to becoming a great player now, right?

00:33And he's really invested in it.

00:37Obviously the coaching he's getting is pretty elite and he takes to it well.

00:41So he's had a good spring and I think has a great opportunity to be more impactful for us

00:45than he's been in the first couple of years.

00:46What's greatness for him? How do you envision greatness for him?

00:50I think just unlocking his physical potential.

00:52He has a ton of potential, but a lot of guys do and aren't ready to be great players.

01:07Oh, he's not going to be great players.

01:09So for me, I think I've been part of the talent for this guy many people,

01:12and he can push forward and I'm really not going to succeed.

01:20He's got the guy who's got the guy who's got it.

01:22He's got the guy.

01:24He's got the guy who's got the one guy.

01:26He's got the guy who's got the guy who's got this guy.
