00:00Ah, he's not gonna come to life.
00:28Of course not. He's not Frosty the Snowman.
00:32Only the real Frosty can come to life.
00:35Gee, I wish he'd come back from the North Pole.
00:38Yeah, it's not warm here anymore.
00:41He wouldn't melt. He said he'd come back again someday.
00:45I wonder if he really meant it.
00:47Well, certainly he meant it.
00:50You all remember that day Frosty left?
00:52Frosty the Snowman had to hurry on his way.
00:59But he waved goodbye saying,
01:01Don't you cry, I'll be back again someday.
01:05I sure do miss all those boys and girls.
01:17I, I, I, I've been up here such a long time.
01:21I told them I'd be back again someday.
01:24But when will someday come?
01:26Boom!
01:35City of winter wonderland.
01:37First snow of season.
01:39Hey, some days today.
01:42Hey!
01:46And so Frosty sat down and wrote a letter to all his old friends.
01:51Dear kids, I just heard the good news about all that money.
01:56You are coming back, love Frosty.
01:57Yippee! Frosty's coming back!
02:01And when the kids realized that Frosty was coming back,
02:05it really was a winter wonderland.
02:08It was wonderful for many reasons.
02:10But most of all, because Frosty wasn't gonna be lonely anymore.
02:15See, he had a very special surprise in store for him.
02:19You've heard the old familiar tale,
02:23how Frosty came to life.
02:27But do you know the story
02:29of how Frosty took a wife?
02:38Frosty the snowman
02:40is a fairy tale, they say.
02:43He was made of snow,
02:45but the children know
02:46how he came to life one day.
03:19You know, when you're a kid, winter is one of the four best seasons of the year.
03:26When you're a snowman, winter's the only season of the year.
03:32Hey, watch, here comes one now.
03:34Frost and the sounds of winter laughter were soon ringing through the metal.
03:40But there was one person who got very jealous.
03:48Jack Frost.
03:49That I see artist who paints the world white every winter.
03:53Oh, why is that snowman getting all the credit?
03:57Why don't the children love me?
04:00I'm the one who makes winter wonderful.
04:08Hey, Frosty was still the fastest belly whopper in the world.
04:12We're winning!
04:17We're winning!
04:23I'll show him!
04:25Oh, hello.
04:38Did you make that neat wind all by yourself?
04:41Why, of course I did.
04:43I'm Jack Frost.
04:45I'm wonderful.
04:47Why, I can do anything wintery.
04:49Blow winds, freeze ponds, make blizzards so deep, they'll close down all the schools.
04:59Boy, he's just a big bragger.
05:01Yeah, Frosty's lots more fun.
05:04Come on, Frosty.
05:05Come on, Frosty.
05:05Let's go.
05:07Hop aboard.
05:12Yeah, winter's no fun without Frosty.
05:15Frosty, Frosty.
05:19That's all I hear.
05:20A stupid snowman takes my place just because he has that silly magic hat that brought him to life.
05:27That, that, that, that hat.
05:29Yes.
05:31I'll eliminate the hat.
05:33And that will be that.
05:35Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
05:41That night, it was so beautiful.
05:44They all went for a sleigh ride out to the skating pond.
05:47Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh.
05:54But, Frosty, there are two horses.
05:56Oh, I could never count.
06:02But when it came to skating, Frosty was the tops.
06:06Can you make a figure eight, Frosty?
06:09I can try.
06:10You're right, Frosty.
06:26You're right, Frosty.
06:28You can't count.
06:33Now, if I could just aim my north wind at that magic hat.
06:40Get behind me, quick.
06:51I've got it.
06:53Frosty's magic silk hat.
06:56Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
06:57It's mine.
06:59It's mine.
07:00Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
07:01Well, there was so much snow blowing around that Jack Frost didn't see that he had the wrong hat.
07:10Ignore me, will they?
07:13Now those children won't have any winter friends.
07:16Ha, ha, ha, ha.
07:18And wearing a horse's hat, he took off for other faraway wintry places.
07:23And as for the kids, the next day, they began to notice something different about their friend, Frosty.
07:34Suppertime, Frosty.
07:36Mom wants us home.
07:37Yep.
07:38Good night, Frosty.
07:39See you tomorrow.
07:40Yep.
07:42What's the matter, Frosty?
07:43Yep, yep.
07:44Doesn't sound like you.
07:46Well, it's just that every night when you go home and leave me, I miss you something awful.
07:53Yes, but you can't come indoors with us.
07:55You'd melt, Frosty.
07:57Oh, I know.
07:59But when you're all together inside, and I'm all alone outside...
08:06Poor Frosty.
08:08Do you know what you need, Frosty?
08:10A wife.
08:12What's a wife?
08:13A Mrs. Frosty, you know?
08:16Someone you think is very beautiful, who thinks you're very handsome, and will love you back when you love her.
08:22Gee, what a great invention.
08:27So the next morning, they began to build a beautiful snow wife designed to Frosty's very own specifications.
08:37Kind of round and plump, with the top of a head coming just above here.
08:44I'll make your head.
08:46One more thing.
08:46Make sure I have your hair right here.
08:47Everybody had put everything together.
08:50They were ready for the finishing touches.
08:53There.
08:55Her eyes were two beautiful blue beads from Elsie's favorite necklace.
09:00They were just plastic, but they sparkled like sapphires.
09:05Her cute little nose was a thimble, and her mouth was made from some of Mom's pink yarn.
09:12And an old dust mop became a coiffure.
09:15That's a hairdo, you know.
09:18She's beautiful.
09:21What's her name?
09:21Cleopatra?
09:22Cleopatra?
09:23Nah.
09:24Imantrude?
09:25Nah.
09:26Minnehaha?
09:27Nah.
09:28Nah.
09:29Nah.
09:30Nah.
09:31Cornflakes?
09:32Cornflakes?
09:33Cornflakes?
09:34Cornflakes!
09:35How about Crystal?
09:39Yeah!
09:40Crystal!
09:41That's great!
09:42Crystal!
09:43That's great!
09:44Hello, Crystal.
09:45Crystal?
09:46Only one thing.
09:47She's not all living, like I am.
09:50Not that it's important, but it's important.
10:05Maybe a hat would bring her to life.
10:09A lady's hat.
10:11Hey, Yap says we can use hers.
10:16There must have been some magic in that pretty hat they found.
10:22But when they placed it on her head...
10:28Nothing.
10:31Nothing.
10:33Gee.
10:35Well, it was a nice idea anyway.
10:39Yeah.
10:40Things were pretty sad for Frosty.
10:45And to make matters worse, miles and miles away, in another part of winter, Jack Frost sat down to rest for a minute, and for the first time, he got a good look at that hat.
10:58Hmm.
10:59Oh.
11:00This isn't the magic hat.
11:01This is a horse's hat.
11:02Somebody's been horsing around with Jack Frost.
11:05Now, who you're going?
11:06Let's go.
11:07That frosted snowman did it.
11:08I'll show them, though, that nobody makes a fool of Jack Frost.
11:12When I get through, there'll be no more Frosty the Snowman.
11:19Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
11:49all his thoughts were about his beloved, still-silent Crystal.
11:54Oh, gee, Crystal, I don't care if you're not all living.
11:59Frosty reached down and brought up a lovely bouquet of frost flowers, which he had made
12:05from the snow.
12:08And suddenly, as the wintry stars twinkled down, Frosty's gift of love, those simple
12:18flowers worked an icy miracle.
12:22Happy birthday.
12:26Crystal, I've been waiting all day.
12:30What kept you?
12:32Oh, Frosty, I thought you'd never think of those flowers.
12:39There never were two happier snow people.
12:43Hey, everybody, we're going to have a wedding.
12:49A wedding!
12:55Frosty and Crystal, what a happy, jolly team.
13:01Running here and there, saying we're up there.
13:04Happy birthday to a tree.
13:06Frosty and Crystal, what's he done to you?
13:26No more Frosty!
13:30No more Frosty!
13:32No more Frosty!
13:33No more Frosty!
13:40That's ridiculous!
13:42You have a wife, except for the formalities, that is, to help you now.
13:48There.
13:49Everyone knows the groom should have a flower in his buttonhole.
13:54That's just to say, I love you, Frosty.
13:58I love you, Frosty and Crystal.
13:59Happy birthday!
14:00Happy birthday!
14:01Happy birthday!
14:02Happy birthday!
14:03What?
14:04That's impossible!
14:05Isn't it?
14:06Wait!
14:07Come back here!
14:08Oh, you darn snowpersons!
14:11Wait!
14:12Wait!
14:13Come back here!
14:14Oh, you darn snowpersons!
14:24That!
14:25I've been out-frosted again!
14:27Yaaaaaaaah!
14:28Hey, everybody.
14:36It's time for that wedding.
14:40A wedding?
14:42We're going to need a preacher. Come on.
14:48They were going to hold a wedding that very night.
14:54Finally, Parson Brown showed up.
14:56But when he saw Frosty and Crystal...
14:59Dear me, I didn't know you were snow persons.
15:02I'm only allowed to marry real persons.
15:05It just wouldn't be legal if I tied this knot.
15:08Aww.
15:10Oh, God.
15:12Oh, dear.
15:14Seems to me that the right Parson to marry a snowman to a snowwoman
15:18would be a snow Parson.
15:21I'll help you build him.
15:22And so they all pitched in.
15:27And one, two, three, there was the nicest snow Parson you ever did see.
15:33And then, to make him all living.
15:37A Parson's not a Parson till he holds the good book in his hand.
15:45Happy birthday.
15:47Hooray!
15:47Hooray!
15:48Hooray!
15:48A wedding!
15:50Oh, now the competition will be double.
15:55Oh, no.
15:56Oh, no, no, no, no.
15:57I won't allow it.
15:58I will not allow it.
16:00I am the most powerful thing in winter.
16:02Oh, there's cold wind nipping at my nose.
16:11Oh, you must be him.
16:13Jack Frost.
16:15Oh.
16:17Finally, I'm getting some attention.
16:19Attention?
16:21Why, you're the most important person here.
16:24We couldn't even begin without you.
16:27What?
16:28It was so good of you to come to our wedding.
16:32It's about to start, you know.
16:35What are you talking about?
16:38Well, if you'd turn that wind down a bit, it would be a lot easier to be heard.
16:44All right.
16:46But just for a minute.
16:49What a neat idea.
16:52What are you whispering about?
16:55Tell him.
16:56Well, the bride's made of winter, and the groom's made of winter, and the parson's made of winter.
17:06The whole wedding party should be wintry.
17:10And so...
17:12Would you be the best man?
17:15What?
17:15Me?
17:16Best man.
17:18Could you?
17:20What do you mean, could I?
17:22I've always been the best man.
17:25Oh, thank you, little friend.
17:28Friend?
17:29You've made us very happy.
17:35Hey, everybody!
17:37Happy birthday!
17:38Happy birthday!
17:40Happy birthday!
17:41Happy birthday!
17:42And so the wedding commits.
17:46Over the ground lies a mantle of white, a heaven of diamonds shine down through the night.
17:55Two hearts are thrilling in spite of the chill in the weather.
18:02Sleigh bells ring
18:06Are you listening
18:08In the lane
18:10Snow is glistening
18:12A beautiful sight
18:15We're happy tonight
18:17Walking in a winter wonderland
18:21Gone away is the bluebird
18:25Here to stay is the new bird
18:29He sings a love song
18:32As we go along
18:34Walking in a winter wonderland
18:38In the memory
18:40We can build a snowman
18:42And pretend that he is
18:45Parson Brown
18:46He'll say are you married
18:49They'll say no man
18:51But you can do the job
18:53When you're in town
18:55Later on
18:57We'll conspire
18:59As he breathed
19:02By the fire
19:03To face all afraid
19:06The plans that he made
19:09Walking in a winter wonderland
19:14I now pronounce you
19:17Snowman and White
19:18And they lived happily ever after
19:25Through January
19:26February
19:27March
19:29And way into April
19:31This was the year winter
19:33Almost didn't end
19:34Oh, Frosty
19:37When the thermometer gets all reddish
19:39It's time for us to go
19:41Wait friends
19:43Wait
19:44I can fix that
19:46Winter never has to end
19:51With me around
19:53This fun can go on forever
19:55And it did
19:59It went on and on
20:01Until some folks started to get worried
20:03It was up to Parson Brown
20:05To set those winter friends straight
20:07Winter never end
20:09Well that might be fun for you
20:12But what about all the trees
20:14With new green leaves inside them
20:16Just busting to be born
20:18And what about the seeds
20:20And the bulbs
20:21Deep in the ground
20:22Nature made them a promise
20:24That someday
20:25They'd be pretty flowers
20:27Can you imagine how you'd feel
20:30If someone broke such a promise to you
20:33Gee, I didn't mean to hurt anybody
20:36I like the flowers
20:38And even though I never get a chance to see them
20:41She's right, Frosty
20:44Parson Brown is right
20:46It's time for us to go
20:49Oh, we'll miss you all so much
20:52Oh, we'll be back
20:54You'll see
20:55Now come on
20:57No time for long faces
20:59Frosty and Crystal
21:03Knew the sun was hot that day
21:06So they said
21:08Let's run and we'll have some fun
21:11Now before we melt away
21:14Down to the village
21:17With some broomsticks in their hands
21:21Skating here and there all around
21:24The square saying
21:26Catch us if you can
21:28They led them down the stream in town
21:32Right to a traffic hop
21:35And they only thought
21:38The moment when
21:40They heard him holler
21:42Stop!
21:44Oh, it's you again
21:47The talking snowman
21:50Well, you don't surprise me anymore
21:53Good
21:54And I'd like you to meet Crystal
21:56Hello
21:58I'm Frosty Snowwife
22:00And it's my pleasure, Crystal
22:02Oh, isn't that nice?
22:06A snowwife
22:07A snowwife?
22:11Oh, dear
22:13Frosty and Crystal
22:25Have to hurry on their way
22:28But they wave goodbye
22:30Say you don't you cry
22:31We'll be back again someday
22:34And when Jack Frost also left for the North Pole
22:39The gentle warmth of springtime erased his magic work for another year
22:43And soon the winter wonderland was only a memory
22:48But it was a good memory
22:50And good memories can never die
22:53Because we all know
22:55That on one not so far away day
22:58That first snowflake will fall
23:01And then
23:04May all your winters be wonderful
23:16And frosty, too
23:31And then
23:32And
23:32May all your winters be wonderful
23:32And
23:33May all your winters be great
23:34To do
23:35In the winter
23:36With the end of winter
23:37And the cold with a winter
23:38In the winter
23:39Oh, dear
23:39And this is my mother
23:41It may be Strom
23:43Nice
23:43It may be
23:44And it may be
23:45My mother
23:47annoying
23:47It may be
23:48And
23:49It may be
23:49You
23:50It may be
23:50It may be
23:52It may be
23:53But it may be
23:54My mother
23:55And
23:56It may be
23:57But it may
23:58It may be
23:59It may be
24:00It may
