00:57A little-known militant group called Kashmir Resistance has claimed responsibility for the attack, expressing

01:26discontent that more than 85,000 outsiders had been settled in the region and spurring a

01:31demographic change. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi cut short his two-day official visit to

01:37Saudi Arabia and returned to New Delhi on Wednesday morning. He then held an emergency meeting at

01:43the airport with national security and foreign ministry officials to address what was the

01:48worst such attack in the country in nearly two decades.
