00:00in hillsborough county florida a dude is wanted for recording a victim using the bathroom
00:09they're looking for a man that they say filmed a victim at a brandon office building the victim

00:21suspect drove off in a dark gray toyota tacoma with a cardboard box in the bed of the truck
00:26the victim described as being between 20 and 25 years old weighing about 225 to 250 pounds
