00:30Layunin ang plano na mapalakas ang koordinasyon ng mga ahensya

00:34para sa mabilis at sistematikong pagtugon sa oil spill.

00:38Suporta ito sa National Oil Spill Contingency Plan at kinilala ng Philippine Coast Guard

00:43bilang mekanismo para sa malawak na aksyon sa region 1.

00:46I mentioned a while ago that we cannot control hazard.

00:49We cannot prevent hazards to happen.

00:52But we can prevent disasters to happen.

00:54What we did, this collaboration that we are doing our meeting is another step.
