00:00Hi everyone, my name is Rob Hickley and I am part of Nighthead Lifeboat Crew.

00:04The RNLI has been saving lives for over 200 years and over in their history they've saved over 147,000 lives, which is amazing.

00:12The kit, our training and other boats are funded by your generous donations.

00:16This year I'll be undertaking a challenge, taking off this kit for a few days and putting on my walking gear

00:23because I'm going to be walking the South West Coast Path, all 630 miles of it, in 31 days.
