00:00We don't know how much change is coming and it starts obviously with conversations about

00:03ownership conversations about what to do with Lou and then it's Lou what to do with Wah then it's

00:07Wah what to do with the coaching staff right then it's everyone else figuring out the players and

00:10what goes on there with contract talks thing of that we had a lot to chat about at breakup day

00:14today but yeah I think you look at the way the last week went and it it was kind of showed just

00:19a lot of the issues the Islanders had this year blowing leads the penalty kill the power play

00:24with special teams killed this team this year the injuries they had but again effort always needs to

00:28be there especially when you don't have the talent maybe some of the other teams have and that's

00:32what we always said is well they work their tails off when they lose games it's not because of

00:35effort it's just because of talent right but this last week or so that kind of went against the argument

00:40completely
