The video has sparked outrage, with the Congress party calling it “inhuman and despicable.” The party accused the BJP-led state government of remaining silent on such atrocities and claimed that this was not an isolated case. “Incidents like this reflect how healthcare in the state has turned from ‘service’ to ‘torture’,” the party said in a statement.
