LeBron urges Lakers to focus on 'controlling the controllables'

00:23It's not to say our guys weren't ready to withstand a playoff-level basketball game.

00:32We were mentally ready.

00:34I thought our spirit was right.

00:35I thought even when they made runs, our huddles were great.

00:39The communication was great.

00:42I'm not sure physically we were ready, if that makes sense.

00:47And really, when they started playing with a lot of thrust and physicality,

00:52we just didn't respond immediately to that.
