00:00i think in the west you could if you really want to you could make a case for almost

00:06every team in a western conference except for memphis to make a run yeah and you can also make

00:13a case that all of them except for okc right to lose in the first round so we then get to the west

00:19and i think it will be okc against the lakers i think that the thunder could very well easily

00:29get through their opening rounds and i just i think denver won't have much left in them if that

00:35and i don't think the clippers would have much left in them if they get to the game against okc

00:39the issue for okc and i said this at the with as it pertains to the minnesota matchup

00:43i do not think the formula to beating the lakers is we have an all-time great defense because i think

00:50it is very very difficult to slow down to the best postseason performers the nba has ever seen

00:55in lebron james and luka donjic and that means then that okc is going to have to make sure that

01:00they can score with the lakers and that's where you start to ask your questions that's where you

01:06start to wonder about everyone outside of shea gilgis alexander and there's a little trend for

01:12everybody lebron went on a 50 win team has made the finals adjusting the shortened covid season for 50

01:21wins obviously they were well on pace nine straight times they've won 50 games i think okc

01:30versus the lakers would be an incredible series but i think the lakers would get it done if that's

01:34our series i think the winner of the lakers series versus minnesota is going to the western conference

01:41final i look at either team being able to take out houston or take out golden state yep but i'm

01:48going to go on the other side i'm going to take a chance here because i don't want to be like

01:52fully chalky i'm going to take a chance on minnesota i think this is going to be like i talked about

01:57before and it's coming out party uh in regards to uh what he does i think they're going to adjust a

02:03little bit and and kind of figure out what goes on and and in the whether it's rehash or more getting

02:09the bulk of the minutes of the center position and what you go naz reed or you go with obviously

02:13uh jackson hayes and or alex lynn uh which i think is a decided advantage for minnesota either way i

02:21think they go to the uh western conference finals i have okc in the western conference finals as well

02:28and that i think that's going to be whoever they play it's going to be another war i think oklahoma

02:36city is going to get tested either by the best player in the world or a highly motivated clippers

02:43team that's got guys that could score a guy that could defend and a guy in a beat i say a vodka

02:52zubach and every time i say it ben stevens yells at me so a bit of zubach let's try that see if that

02:57works a little bit better uh i think that he's going to be a match member but i'd still like okc

03:08may do it at the top of the next segment i want to ask you this though if it is oklahoma city against

03:14the lakers i know that in this moment how would you see that series going do you think i'm off base

03:21at all maybe that the oklahoma city defense won't hold up as it needs to if they do draw the lakers

03:28i think oklahoma city is going to i think the moment if if if it's the lakers i i give the lakers

03:38a better chance of beating okc than minnesota because i think if they get to the western

03:46conference finals look has been to the finals yeah lebron's been there i just think the moment

03:52make it too big for a young oklahoma city thunder team that doesn't have like the guys that have

03:59been through the wars if it's okc versus memphis i think it's okc just because i think sheer talent

04:07wise and diagonal over finch i just like them in that matchup
