PASTA AND NOODLES WITH SEAWEED: పోషకాల గనిగా పేరున్న సముద్రపు నాచు, జపాన్‌, చైనా సహా దక్షిణాసియా దేశాల్లో విరివిగా వినియోగంలో ఉంది. మన దేశంలో దీనిపై అవగాహన తక్కువే! ఈ సీవీడ్‌ను ప్రజలకు చేరువ చేసేలా విశాఖలోని సీఐఎఫ్​టీ (Central Institute of Fisheries Technology) పరిశోధనలు చేస్తోంది. బిస్కట్లు, నూడుల్స్‌, పాస్తా వంటి రోజువారీ తీసుకునే ఆహార ఉత్పత్తుల్ని ఆవిష్కరిస్తోంది.
