00:00In the bustling town of Tickville, there lived a fellow named Lenny Lollygag.

00:05Lenny was known as the laziest man in the entire county, always lounging about,

00:09daydreaming while others busied themselves with work and play.

00:14One sunny afternoon, while Lenny was dawdling along the cobblestone streets,

00:17he stumbled upon an unusual shop hidden between two bustling bakeries.

00:22Its sign read, Mr. Talks Curiosities. Curiosity peaked, Lenny stepped inside.

00:30The shop was filled with wondrous things, glittering snow globes, shimmering crystals,

00:34and peculiar clocks that ticked in all sorts of rhythms.

00:37But what caught Lenny's eye was a curious old watch, gleaming gold,

00:41sitting on a velvet cushion at the far end of the shop.

00:45Mr. Talk, a whiskered old gentleman with spectacles perched on the tip of his nose,

00:50noticed Lenny's interest.

00:52Ah, you found my time borrower, he said with a sly grin.

01:37The lively laughter in the town grew dimmer,

01:39and the colors faded from bright and cheery to gray and dreary.

01:43The townsfolk, now aware of their dwindling time, grew weary and sad.

01:46One day, while Lenny was in the midst of borrowing yet another hour from little Timmy TikTok,

01:53the watch started to glow and hummed angrily.

01:56Suddenly, Mr. Talk appeared out of nowhere.

01:59Time is not yours to take, dear boy, he said sternly.

02:04Borrowed time comes with a price.

02:07Lenny watched as the stolen minutes and hours flew out of the watch,

02:10returning to their rightful owners.

02:13What happens now, he gulped.

02:16Now, young lollygag, you must make amends.

02:20Return to the townsfolk the joy you've taken, Mr. Talk instructed softly.

02:25From that day forward, Lenny became the busiest man in Tickville,

02:28helping, sharing, and spreading joy with every moment he had borrowed.

02:33He learned the true value of time, each Tick and Talk was precious.
