A 78-year-old guy named Robert went to the gym on Thursday morning, Thanksgiving morning. He was

working out and he wanted to use a certain machine, but someone else was there using it.

Don't know what machine it was, but two sisters were there working out and he got sick of waiting

for them to finish. So while one of them was still working out on the machine, he sat down

on top of her and started trying to work out. It sounded like he pinned her down. So the

other sister tried to step in and help and get her unpinned from underneath this man. Police

had to get involved and witnesses confirmed that Robert was being aggressive and he's

facing battery charges. I bet he is. Sometimes it's better to just wait or go somewhere else.

the Florida woman. Oh, good. Now, this old gal was up in Citrus County and she was at a nursing

home or a facility there for the 65 and older. Right. Now, there had to be more than likely

some drugs or alcohol involved because she's 35 and they thought maybe she was coming in to

visit, you know. A family member or something. A family, somebody there. Yeah. Yeah. But as soon

as she got in the door, she took off all of her clothes

and walked in, started looking around at everybody, started grabbing and hugging all

the folks around there. And then she decided to do a little impromptu lap dance of a couple of

residents who were going, wait a minute, what is going on here? Well, the police got called,

needless to say, and, um, and, and grabbed ahold of this gal. Well, she was not going easily. Um,

cause she was naked and up to something evidently. And, uh, they ordered her to put on a shirt,

but she said, no, I'm not going to do it. Well, the officer said, you're going to get handcuffed and

you're going in the police car. Well, they tried to get her in the police car. She kicked one of the

officers in the chest. Not a good idea. And, uh, so now she's got three counts of battery. Uh,

and of course they're charging her with battery on persons over the age of 65, which in Florida,

there is a law about that. Although a couple of the senior gentlemen that said, Hey, wait a minute.

I didn't get in my lap dance. Where y'all going in such a hurry. Oh gosh.
