00:03Leafs and Senators, Lightning Panthers, Caps, Montreal,

00:09you already called it, Caps win, and then Canes-Devils.

00:14The Eastern Conference, I got a couple of parlays here.

00:17So we'll go series by series here in the Eastern Conference.

00:21The Senators and the Maple Leafs.

00:22The Senators have been a nice story.

00:24They're pretty beat up, actually, coming into the playoffs here.

00:27It's not ideal.

00:28If you're Toronto, it's sort of like you're Alabama, Scott,

00:32and you just got Auburn or something in a draw, right?

00:35So there's a geographical hate.

00:37The Senators really do not like the Leafs.

00:39The fans, if the Senators can beat the Leafs,

00:42they won't care if they get swept in the next round.

00:44So it's one of those type of deals.

00:46But from a hockey standpoint, if you're the Toronto Maple Leafs,

00:49you have to be happy that you didn't get Tampa,

00:52you didn't get Florida.

00:53And you got to win.

00:54Boston didn't make it.

00:56But stylistically, hockey-wise, Toronto's going to win this series.

01:00So I like the Leafs to win this series.

01:02Got minus 180.

01:03It was like minus 140, bro, when it opened.

01:06It's up to minus 180 right now.

01:07So I got the Leafs winning the series.

01:09I think that the Canes are going to make short work of the Devils.

01:12So I got the Canes at like five, maybe six.

01:15And the parlay that I like the most here, parlay together,

01:20the Vegas Golden Knights to beat the Minnesota Wild in the series

01:23and the Carolina Hurricanes to beat the New Jersey Devils in the series,

01:26parlay together, Scott, is minus 114.

01:30As far as Florida and Tampa, man, that's good.

01:34I mean, and this is another thing.

01:36How stupid is the NHL that we have Tampa and Florida playing each other

01:39in the first round?

01:40We have Dallas and Colorado playing each other in the first round.

01:43It's a competitive imbalance.

01:44Like the playoff format sucks.

01:46It sucks pucks.

01:48And they got to change it.

01:49But they don't because the owners are cheap.

01:51The players want to change it.

01:53The fans want to change it.

01:54The only people that don't want to change it are the owners, Scott,

01:56because they like the geographical proximity.

01:59It saves them money.

02:02You're playing division rivals in the playoffs.

02:04It's not a big travel.

02:05That's why they do it.

02:07It's not for this rivalry crap.

02:08It's because they want to save money.

02:09And it's frustrating.

02:10But give me the Tampa Bay Lightning, Scott,

02:14to knock off the defending Stanley Cup champion, Florida Panthers.

02:17Give me the Lightning to win the series.

02:19Wow.

02:19And so you're giving the Devils no chance,

02:22or you're giving them somewhat of a chance.

02:25You're saying they're losing six.

02:27So they're going to be in the series.

02:29I think they'll win one game, maybe two games.

02:31But listen, I think the Carolina Hurricanes are flying under the radar,

02:34actually.

02:35So nobody's going to get upset in the East.

02:37I don't even consider Tampa an upset of the Panthers.

02:40People would,

02:41but they're not the same team that they've been the last couple years in the

02:43finals, as far as I'm concerned.

02:45I'm not so sure there's going to be an upset, Scott.

02:48We hit on the other side.

02:49Maybe the LA Kings over the Oilers.
