00:00For anyone who loves the original Jurassic films, this is the movie for you.

00:07Oh my god.

00:11Steven gave me a call and said, hey, you want to do another one of those?

00:15It's called Rebirth. It harkens back to the first film. It's a survival story.

00:26No one's dumb enough to go where we're going.

00:30When I read the script, it felt like a love letter to Spielberg.

00:33I've always wanted a shot on film. I really wanted Jurassic World Rebirth to have that naturalistic cinematic quality.

00:40The original Jurassic asks that brilliant question of just because we can, should we?

00:45What the hell are those?

00:47It's an epic action-adventure story and there's some new types of dinosaurs being introduced.

00:54It will have a lot of humour and it'll be fun.

00:57But it also has a lot of very scary, very intense moments.

01:01The sequence with the Wrath was in the first novel, Jurassic Park.

01:05One of the first things Steven and I said was, we've got to get that Wrath sequence in some place.

01:09We've really gone back to basics to imagine yourself in this circumstance on this Jurassic Island.

01:18It has adventure. It has friendship and loyalty and the portrayal of those things.

01:23It has an almost impossible task that you just root for everyone to complete.

01:27The movie at its core is thrilling.

01:33I know that it will bring back the wonder of seeing Jurassic for the first time.
