01:31the heart of cebu the hotel is incredibly accessible and surrounded by establishments where you can

01:36conveniently purchase food and other essentials it's also easy to locate and get to using grab car and

01:42food services the staff receptionists hotel staff and security guards were exceptionally friendly and

01:49attentive ensuring that all our needs and requests were promptly addressed the room was impressively

01:54spacious and spotless featuring sanitary restrooms comfortable beds a cool and efficient air conditioning

02:01system and a fast internet connection which was especially useful as i needed to work during our stay

02:06one highlight was the amazing window view particularly at night when the building lights reflected

02:12beautifully into our room the free amenities such as the flat iron hair dryer and electric kettle added extra

02:19convenience however the initial electric kettle was disappointing it had a soap like smell and food

02:25residues inside which was unsanitary thankfully the issue was resolved immediately upon our request for a

02:32replacement the hotel's reasonable rates made it an excellent choice for our family trip and overall we had a great

02:39time we created lovely memories both in the hotel and while exploring cebu i would highly recommend s hotel and

02:46residences for its accessibility hospitality and comfort got upgraded for free i would definitely recommend
