Mickey Rourke may have gotten booted off "Celebrity Big Brother" ...  but he's not going down without a fight, as he's exploring legal action against the show for allegedly withholding money he feels entitled to, TMZ has learned.

00:04where one Mickey Rourke is no longer there.

00:08He was kicked off the show in a matter of days.

00:11We told you last week about the issues they had immediately with him

00:15and gave him a warning after he had said some homophobic things to Jojo Siwa.

00:20And then, after he got the warning,

00:23and it seemed like he and Jojo maybe kind of buried the hatchet,

00:26he got into it with another house guest and got a big sayonara from the producers.

00:32Exactly. Here is the fight that got him the boot.

01:02That was the last straw for Mickey,

01:05and we reached out actually to and spoke with Mickey's rep,

01:08and he's actually thinking of filing a lawsuit.

01:11So they're talking to some attorneys over in the UK,

01:14and essentially they have two big gripes.

01:16One, they're saying that ITV, which is the company that produces it,

01:20basically kicked him out of the house one day before he was about to get

01:23a bunch more money due to, like, how the contract was written.

01:27And then their other issue is that they said they were,

01:29I guess it was contractually that they were going to provide them

01:34with, like, first-class hotels for him and his team while they were over there.

01:38And then allegedly they're saying as they were flying over to the UK,

01:42they got word that, oh, no, it's actually we're only providing $300 a night

01:46a hotel, and they had already booked, like, a super nice hotel

01:50that ended up costing, like, $50,000.

01:54Wait a minute, so he's way in the hole then?

01:56Well, I don't know exactly what he was making for Big Brother,

01:59but I do know that the only reason he was even going on this show

02:02was because he needs money right now,

02:04and he's going to maybe end up losing money,

02:07which is why he's obviously very upset.
