00:00PIBM is one of the few B-Schools across India that offers a dual internship program.

00:08During our MBA and PGDM program, we undergo a winter internship program of 30 days and

00:13summer internship program of 60 days. A winter internship program starts just after our first

00:18semester, which gives us a clear understanding of how a company functions, what are the various

00:22different departments, how they coordinate with each other and many other important management

00:26processes. Our winter internship program provides us with knowledge regarding various domains

00:31such as finance, marketing, HR, analytics and many more from corporate world's perspective.

00:36This also helps us in deciding the specialization we want to pursue from second semester onwards.

00:41Our summer internship program starts after the completion of our second semester and continues

00:46for the duration of 60 days in top companies. The summer internship program or SIP is the

00:52perfect platform to understand and implement the business management concepts respective

00:57to a specialization we learnt in our second semester. It not only bridges the gap between

01:02the theoretical and practical aspects but also enhances the respective skills and knowledge

01:07required to thrive into the corporate world. At PIBM, we are not only trained for learning

01:12but also to perform in an organization. At the end of our SIP and the successful completion

01:17of our project, we are even offered with pre-placement interview and a pre-placement offer. A good performance
