My first award ever! My MVP award from Kong Inc. Thank you!

My first award received by Kong Inc. under the Kong Champions program. I made a video about it that will air today at 12PM CET 21st of March: https://lnkd.in/eAnWS8v3. In the video I am thanking Kong for giving me this award for my Most Valuable Professional (MVP) achievement, sometimes also called unofficially, Most Valuable Player (a gaming acronym in its true origins) , and this award is related to voluntary work that I do for Kong under the Champions program. For whoever doesn't know, Kong isn't exactly a company related with Gorillas, King Kong, Donkey Kong or Gorillaz, but under the Gorilla logo, it is a company that provides API Gateway features that implement very interesting patterns that play a crucial role in today's applications running in the Cloud. Because of the technique and the patterns they implement, their features found a place in my articles a few years ago and are now an integral part of articles, tutorials and video content that I post regularly on YouTube (https://lnkd.in/ezVxTwyn) and other platforms like DevTO(https://dev.to/jofisaes) or DailyDev(https://lnkd.in/edG3psyd). 00:23This gift is about my work that I've been doing under the Konk's Champion program.

00:28Last year, I've won this batch.

00:30This is the Konk Champions batch.

00:33And this year, I've won another batch, which is this one.

00:37Now, I'm doing a lot of tutorials about Konk, and the reason for that is that I like technology.

00:44I like API gateways, and I like to explain how API gateways work.

00:49And this is the reason why I explain a lot about Konk, because I see there the potential

00:54to learn about how API gateways work.

00:57This started years ago, when I wrote my first article called the Yuka's Odd Concert.

01:03And from that point onwards, I have created different kinds of content related to Konk,

01:09since I've also joined the Konk Champions program.

01:11Now, it is an honor to have achieved these two badges.

01:15And it's also very nice to see that Konk does send sometimes these gifts.

01:21And I really want to thank upfront the Konk organization for sending me this second gift in the Konk's Champion program.

01:30So, without further ado, what I want to do now is open this package and see what Konk has sent me.

01:37Let's start, and let's open the package.

01:39Alright, so I've got the package open, now it's time, and it's going to get really exciting, and see what's inside of it.

01:53So, let's take out these plastic bubbles, and I already see a box, let's see what's inside this box.

02:02It is quite heavy, let's see what's inside of it.

02:09Let me take this one out, is there anything more? There's nothing more in this box, so I will just put it here on the side.

02:24Now, it's a black box, so now let's open it and see what's in there.

03:28Yeah, I really think this is really an amazing, amazing item to have.

03:38I have done a lot of work for Kong and I will continue to do so.

03:56This is a great motivation tool for that.

04:04Yeah, so what I can say right now is that I have made all of these different videos about Kong so
