00:00Yeah, the performance of the team for us from our perspective was really positive, probably the best performance we've had since we've been here.
00:22The balance between defence and attack was good against the best team, the top team, in a very, obviously from the start, emotional environment, which is absolutely understandable.
00:36I thought Liverpool started the game really well with intensity, pushed us back, made it difficult, but credit to our players, we showed resilience, which hasn't always been there, but we did and I think grew into the game.
00:49And then second half, I thought it was a strong performance. The crowd here are very knowledgeable, they know when Liverpool are in a game and I think the way they celebrated the second was an indication of that because we played well.
01:02In terms of the performance, is that the case of him showing them being back to the best?
01:06Yeah, he was one of many, I thought. I don't want to single out any individual, but there was a lot of strong individual performances, which suggests that the team was functioning quite well.
01:20Did it kill fouls in the build-up to Van Dijk's goal?
01:24The million-dollar questioner.
01:26In terms of what he's gone, I know he had a tough afternoon, but he didn't shy away after that part of the performance of your pressure?
01:33Yeah, absolutely. I think it was important that he did that and it was important that he had the experience.
01:38He's playing against the best player in terms of goals and assists, arguably, in the world at the moment.
01:45So, he won't face that every day, he won't face that in the academy.
01:50So, a great education for him and good that he's stuck at it.
01:56Anything else?
01:58And, Glenn, this is why you've done new games here and you're going to appoint a game, which is roughly how West Ham are going before you arrived.
02:08So, on the naked search statistics, I don't think there's a lot of change, the poverty.
02:13Do you feel that there has been progress for the final effect in the results?
02:19Yeah. Yeah. I would say so, yeah.
02:27Well, no, I think you're right because, objectively, I can't argue with you because, points-wise, we haven't got the points that we'd maybe like.
02:33I think you've got to sometimes zoom out and look at the context of what we've had to deal with and where the start point was.
02:41The start point was, for 25 games before, the team has conceded 57 goals, which is over two a game.
02:49We've been competitive in all the games, fine lines.
02:52See, today it's a fine game between getting something and not.
02:55From an attacking perspective, we've had no Fulker, no Antonio, no Somerville, Bowen missing for half of the time we've been here.
03:03So, patching together an offensive team.
03:08But what we've done is be competitive.
03:10What we've done is be defensively an improvement.
03:14But sometimes you need to do a bit more to get the results that you feel that you can get.
03:20Fine lines could have had three points at Everton, considered late there, tight game against Newcastle.
03:27But these are all, it's all context, it's all a bigger picture.
03:31But from a purely numbers point, you're right.
03:38Okay.
03:40Thanks, everyone.
