00:00So, you know, you went to FIU first, down south of the Okeechobee, down south of Miami, and played there, and then transferred to LSU.
00:12And then you went big time, and you literally, in your career, because I remember watching you play almost every position up front, like, except center.
00:20I mean, you were playing guard on both sides, tackle on both sides.
00:24You're an all-around badass.
00:26What was it like going from FIU, which, you know, was cool or whatever, but then you went rogue and went big time to Baton Rouge.
00:35What was that culture shock like for you?
00:39I'm not going to lie.
00:41It was a big culture shock going from New Jersey to Louisiana, just a way different culture.
00:50I was like to say, football, football is everything.
00:56And I just, like, I was basically able to play at the biggest stage, and I compete against the best in the SEC.
01:04You play guys from Bandla and A&M and Ole Miss play people from Georgia just to compete the best, because at the end of the day, in order to prove that you're the best, compete against the best.
01:15But I felt like I was able to play at a high level, at the highest level of college football.
01:23And that's basically just what I wanted to showcase in the decision to come into Baton Rouge.
01:29But the versatility aspect, I would say I give all that to Coach Brad Davis.
01:34He basically has you, from day one, has you learn everything, including center, snap ball, learn left tackle, right tackle, whatever.
01:45And basically, not a lot of people know this, but I was the starting right guard, but I was also the backup left tackle and right tackle.
01:54If anything happened to Will and Emery.
01:56So I was just able, every single week, I had the game plan for defensive ends, outside linebackers, as well as the interior players that I was going to face.
