00:13captured the Bell 206 helicopter upside down and nearly fully submerged in the water.

00:17Agustin Escobar, the head of the Spanish division of the global technology company Siemens,

00:21and four members of his family were among those killed. According to the officials,

00:25the flight departed from a downtown heliport at around 3pm and lasted less than 18 minutes.

00:30Members of the FDNY and NYPD harbour units arrived at the scene and divers from both agencies

00:37entered the water. At this time, all six victims have been removed from the water.

00:45An eyewitness who saw the crash said he saw parts of the helicopter fall from the sky.
