00:00Now the president of the CELAC, who is the pro-temp, who holds the pro-temporary presidency of the CELAC.

00:13Let's welcome her.

00:14Excelentísimos jefes y jefas de Estado,

00:18Excelentísimos cancilleres y ministros de Estado,

00:23Representantes de la Patria Grande,

00:25Dear heads of state and government,

00:28Foreign Ministers,

00:31Representantes of the Great Homeland,

00:35I just appreciate you, your attendance here at this important summit.

00:45Not as a ceremonial act,

01:00Sino como un acto político,

01:02But as a political act.

05:21That has to be our priority.

05:33Our sovereign nations have to go for justice and democratic, democratic civilisation societies.

05:44Our self-determination must prevail.

05:50The United States' policies have affected us in this new global economic order that it imposes.

06:14And we must take countermeasures measures.

06:26And we must take countermeasures.

06:28We have been resilient to a drug trafficking dictatorship for 12 years.

06:49And then we suffer from a coup d'etat of the former president, Manuel Zelaya Gonzalez.

07:08So we founded with resistance the Free Party, which is the leader of the people.

07:34And so in three years we paid the external debt inherited by the dictatorship.

08:00Which is the second of the great indicators of our economic growth.

08:09So we have reached a lot of achievements in a lot in every sector of our economy.

08:36And we have plummeted the homicide rate.

08:50They, in 2009, they were inspecting us in the embassy.

09:05There were in the embassy in which President Zelaya was there with his family.

09:26We robbed the international relations and so they have to come to justice.

09:49From this history, we condemn the cruel and humane blockade against Cuba for over 60

10:13years against the heroico cuban people. Cuba doesn't export terrorists. Cuba exports teachers.

10:39Likewise, we just supported the Bolivarian government of Venezuela, the rights of the Bolivarian

10:58people, of its sovereignty, the sovereignty of Gaza, the sovereignty of Argentina, and

11:14so we condemn all wars of aggression. We stand for peace. The resistance that the people

11:33demands a sovereign nation without any foreign interference.

11:49Jorge Caetán was assassinated in Bogota, Colombia for a fair, as he was struggling for a fair

12:05homeland. So we gave our solidarity to those victims that are struggling for peace and independence.

12:26And so we gave our solidarity to the Dominican Republic nation as to those families who lost

12:38their relatives in the accident on the club night.

12:47We trust the leadership of the pro tempore president of Colombian president, Gustavo Petro.

13:02We trust the leadership of the pro tempore president of Colombian president, Gustavo Petro.

13:14He will keep alive the dreams, the revolutionary dreams of CELAC, of Martí, of Fidel Chávez.

13:30And the peoples. As Commander Chávez said, the utopia is in the horizon. And so we are going to work,

13:47we will work through this long-lived integration, long-lived our peoples, long-lived CELAC.

13:55So we are resilient. Thank you very much.
