00:00Fake asylum seekers are reportedly going back home for their holidays.
00:05Asylum accommodation whistleblowers have revealed that three teenage asylum seekers from Iran
00:10who claimed that they had to flee because of persecution went back home to see their family
00:16and even did a spot of water sports while they were there.
00:20They also wanted to go back home to celebrate Eid.
00:23Well, I mean, you don't have to go anywhere for that, do you?
00:26They could just do it at Bradford Mosque.
00:30Eid al-Fitr is a celebration that comes at the end of the month of Ramadan
00:35and it's known as breaking of the fast.
00:38And this year, the Bradford Central Mosque are hosting something really special.
00:43Or turned on BBC One and they would have live-streamed the whole thing for you.
00:47They could also have just made their way to the capital.
00:50It is wonderful to be in Travago Square celebrating Eid on the square,
00:54celebrating Eid al-Fitr with so many thousands of people.
00:58The wonderful thing about London is we celebrate our diversity.
01:02We see diversity as a strength, not a weakness.
01:05Gosh, if he gave Sadiq Khan a pound for every time he said that diversity is our strength,
01:10I wonder how rich he'd be.
01:12But anyway, the whistleblower is a man called Darren Jennings,
01:16who worked for an asylum accommodation company.
01:18Now, he claims that one Iranian man went home for a whole two months.
01:25Then another asylum seeker told him that he planned to go back to Iran,
01:30having heard about the first chap.
01:31The whole thing was allegedly being funded by another asylum seeker in Britain.
01:36I mean, the killer quote from Mr Jennings is this.
01:39If you're saying that you've left the country because it's unsafe
01:42and then you're choosing to travel back there, it doesn't make sense.
01:46Well, I do hate to disagree with Mr Jennings here,
01:50but I think it actually makes perfect sense.
01:52It makes perfect sense if you are willing to take the view
01:55that Britain is being invaded by a significant number of totally fake asylum seekers
02:00who make up false claims to come to Britain for the free housing,
02:04free health care, free education, free mobile phones,
02:07in some cases, free driving lessons.
02:09In fact, really, it's free everything, isn't it?
02:12And this is not an isolated incident.
02:15Two years ago, Border Force revealed that asylum seekers
02:18were caught at an airport going home for Christmas.
02:22The quote from a Border Force official was,
02:24we do find a lot of people who've claimed asylum in this country
02:26and are heading back to their own country for holidays,
02:30which obviously isn't allowed.
02:31Well, I think we should allow it.
02:34We just shouldn't allow them to come back again.
02:35So when people shout, go back to where you came from, to an asylum seeker,
02:40they're often called racist.
02:42But it turns out that some asylum seekers probably just think you're a travel agent.
02:45This is happening everywhere.
02:48Afghan asylum seekers in Germany were going on secret holidays
02:51back to the Taliban-run nation.
02:54Germany wants to strip them of their asylum status.
02:57In Sweden, they are stripping asylum seekers of their status
03:01if they holiday back home.
03:02But what do we think will happen here in Britain?
03:06Probably nothing.
03:08As has been pointed out, the Home Secretary does have the power to do this
03:12through the Nationality and Borders Act of 2022.
03:15So why aren't they doing it?
03:17This is a massive slap in the face to you, me, everyone we know.
03:21British taxpayers, you pay for these fake asylum seekers
03:24to live the life of Riley while your cost of living goes through the roof.
03:28And then it turns out some of them have been going home for a jolly up.
03:32All along.
