00:07You have to find out what you are immersing yourself in.

00:11The wrong kind of immersion is like anaesthesia.

00:21Because you are rendered unconscious,

00:25the wrong kind of busyness or immersion

00:29operates by lowering your consciousness.

00:32And when consciousness is lowered, then pain reduces.

00:36The right kind of immersion operates by elevating your consciousness.

00:42When consciousness is elevated, then there is a distance from pain.

00:48If you are busy with the right thing, nothing like it.

00:52But if you are busy with the wrong thing, then you are damned.
