Hucknall councillor Lee Waters announces that Ashfield Council is buying the Hucknall Sixth Form Centre building to turn it into the town's new health centre.

00:07I know there's been a number of rumours swirling around about this building.

00:13I've been sworn to secrecy, but now I'm delighted to announce that,

00:18after all the hard work that I've put into this,

00:22Asheville District Council have agreed to purchase this building.

00:27It's going to be handed over to the NHS

00:32and it's going to become Hucknall's brand new health centre.
