00:00Malacanang has pledged that there is no reason for the Philippines to submit a letter to U.S. President Donald Trump

00:06regarding the airplane that was delivered to former President Rodrigo Duterte

00:10in the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

00:13It was issued at the request of Senator Bato De La Rosa

00:16to give the U.S. the result of the investigation of the Senate

00:20and to freeze the asset of the owner of the airplane.

00:25De La Rosa is pointing out the U.S. Executive Order

00:28that states that it is possible for the countries that will assist the International Criminal Court to be exempted from sanctions.

00:35But Malacanang insisted that the United States also granted the country's freedom of decision.
