00:00It's Monica and Carm.

00:02Yeah.

00:03They, uh, host a home renovation show.

00:06Philly Forever.

00:07Cora and I are watching to unwind at night.

00:09I don't know it.

00:10They dedicated their lives to helping out people.

00:13They take deserving families and they renovate their homes for free.

00:16So your guilty pleasure is watching home renovation shows?

00:19It's like wrapping yourself up in a warm blanket at night.

00:22It was comforting after dealing with y'all all day.

00:25Isabel's made it official. This one's ours.

00:28Okay.

00:29Last night, Jake Carm Carman murdered his wife, Monica Carman, in their bedroom.

00:34The housekeeper found the body this morning, and as you can see, it's a horror show.

00:38How do we know that Carm is the killer?

00:40Housekeepers saw Carm fleeing the scene covered in blood in Monica's BMW X7.

00:45We have a bolo out on that as well as Carm's Dodge Ram, which is also missing.

00:49I'm sure they have security cameras. Did we pull any footage?

00:51Nothing to pull. The cameras were turned off last night.

00:54Detectives think Carm beat Monica to death with a hammer, which was found at the scene.

00:58I don't know the total number of blows when we get the autopsy back, but she was struck at least a dozen times.

01:02Does he have a criminal record? Anything that suggests that he's capable of this?

01:06No. He's clean. No arrest record for Carm or Monica.

01:10So we have a seemingly perfect couple on a popular TV show,

01:14and all of a sudden the husband just snaps and murders his wife with a hammer.

01:18That doesn't really add up for me. What do we know about their business?

01:22They own a home renovation and design company called Rosie Hearth.

01:26Monica ran the design team and Carm the construction crew.

01:29I haven't fully dug in, but on the surface, no red flags.

01:32Ray and I will figure out what made Carm snap.

01:34Nina, liaise with PD at the crime scene. See if there's something these photos aren't showing us.

01:38Credit card charges show that Carm was at a bar in Philly last night.

01:41When we hit the ground in Philly, you and Hannah head there.
