Lizzo's Fitness Trainer Shaun T Says All Her Ozempic Claims Are Annoying

Fitness trainer Shaun T ain’t here for the wave of celebs being accused of using Ozempic -- pointing to his client Lizzo as proof, saying she did it all naturally despite the speculation.

00:00I know, like, celebrities like Meghan Trainor, Lizzo, have shared their, like, weight loss

00:06journeys on social media, and now they're being accused of using Ozempic.

00:11I mean, is it kind of messed up that, you know, celebrities are automatically being

00:15accused of using Ozempic if they do it the natural way, like both of them?

00:19Well, I mean, the accusations are wildly annoying, and I think that generally people think because

00:25now something is available and popular, they're not going to give people props.

00:30People would rather hate before they give people props.

00:33So here, I'll say two things.

00:34One, I have trained Lizzo, like, I have worked out with her, I have danced with her.

00:39Lizzo is very fit, like, people think, like, just because someone's like a quote-unquote

00:44plus-size person, they're not fit.

00:46Lizzo has done Insanity, so that's the first thing I'll say.

00:49Meghan Trainor has done T25.

00:52Both of them have done my workouts.

00:53Meghan Trainor and her husband, I think maybe after they had their baby or before or something,

00:57but they lost weight with my T25 workout.

01:00That's the first thing I'll say.

01:01So don't automatically assume that just because a celebrity or anybody is losing weight that

01:05they're on Ozempic.

01:06The second thing I want to say, which is absolutely important, is for people to mind your business.

01:10Because the people who are actually talking about, oh my gosh, that person's using Ozempic,

01:14you're probably not even working out.

01:16And the people who are working out, most of them are like, cool, I hope they're, if they

01:22are using Ozempic, I hope that they're eating healthy or something like that.

01:25Some celebrities don't say that they're using Ozempic.

01:29Do you think because they have such a large following, they should at least say the truth?

01:33Or should we just mind our business?

01:35I mean, I don't think so.

01:37And here's, it'd be different if they're promoting a product.

01:42Like they're drinking like a skinny tea or something, and they're like, I drank this

01:46and I lost weight when it's Ozempic.

01:48But if they're walking through their life and they don't want to tell you what they're

01:51doing and they lost weight, but they're not promoting a fitness product, I don't think

01:56that they need to, they don't deserve to tell you anything.

01:59And I do believe that, you know, when you have a large fitness following or large following

02:05in general, I know that eyes are on you, but like people are allowed to live their life

02:10in the way that they live.

02:11I know people hate when I say that, I mean, but no one's perfect.

02:14And I believe that celebrities should be allowed to go through their life and not tell the

02:18public everything.
