00:00Hi, I'm Charlotte. I'm Ella. We're from the Lisa Viola-Illawarra Steelers team.

00:05And this weekend we're playing the Central Coast Bruisers up in Central Cove.

00:09This week is a must win for us to make it up, to stay in the top eight.

00:13And this training week we've been dedicated to attacking the line more and our D-line.

00:18Making sure that we have the ball in our hands and complete our sets with a lot of intensity and challenge.

00:23And just keep our heads up if something goes wrong and to never back down.

00:27Make sure we are there for our teammates and back them up when we need to.
