00:00We heard President Trump saying that a lot of people are asking him to run for a third term.

00:05I mean, it doesn't sound like he's joking anymore. Who's asking him to run for a third term?

00:11First of all, thank you for having me. Second of all, I'm not the Mike he was referring to in your clip,

00:18just so you know. I think the people that are asking him are

00:23supporters, frankly, that are thrilled.

00:26You know, Donald Trump's at the highest point that he's ever been with his approval rating in the United States.

00:32Different NBC News had him at 47 percent. Other outlets have had him at 46 percent, which is higher.

00:39So I am sure that there are cheerleaders who are approving of what he's done at the border,

00:44approving of what he's done with DOJ and government efficiency, and are asking him this question.

00:50The bigger point here, though, is he also is amassing a

00:56large political operation, and part of doing that is holding out this hope that maybe he runs for a third term.

01:04I think it helps with this fundraising, and I also think it helps with his messaging that he's not a lame duck.
