Myanmar earthquake has minimal impact on Malaysia's flight operations, says Loke

Transport Minister Anthony Loke stated that the recent earthquake in Myanmar had minimal impact on Malaysia's flights and transportation services.  Loke explained on Wednesday (April 2) that while some flights were delayed on the day of the earthquake, there were no cancellations, and operations have since returned to normal. 00:07war, and Middle East also had war, and Myanmar suffered the serious earthquake.

00:13So what's the transportation, airline influence by this kind of uncertainties?

00:20Well, I do not think that any uncertainties as far as our regular flights are concerned.

00:27So far, the earthquake in Myanmar has not really impacted us in terms of operations.

00:33There were some delays on that particular day for some flights, but other than that,

00:38we have no cancellation of flights for Malaysia.

00:42And in the last few days, we're back to normal.

00:45There's no problem.

00:46So I do not foresee any problem as far as the Myanmar earthquake is concerned.
